  This is a great place to stay for a quick trip, but not for long term. There’s not a microwave in the rooms or a pool at this facility. This place was clean, great customer service, and good breakfast.

  First off, really nice hotel. Seems newer, friendly staff, decent amenities such as a gym, breakfast, some grab n go purchases of chips and drinks and water fountains with the bottle fill options. Breakfast was lil limited to scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage patties. Had condiments, juice, yogurt, breads, and bagels, but didn’t see any cream cheese. Plus fresh fruit options. Lots of lobby seating and tv’s available to watch while eat. Close to restaurants, but at the time of this review, there is construction on I-10, so need to plan your dinner options during peak traffic times. Definitely some good options close. Check-in was easy, friendly staff and clean hotel. Rooms were surprisingly small. Very minimal. Complimentary regular and decaf coffee maker in the lobby that freshly brews coffee to order with creamer and sugar options. Plus a nice Bunn water/sparkling water dispenser. Back to the rooms. Free WiFi and lots of channel options on a nice big screen tv. The water was super hot if needed and bathrooms were sufficient in size. Had an ironing board, but if we had opened it up, no one could move about the room. No closet or coat hangars, but lots of wall hooks throughout the room to hang clothes. The A/C unit in the room looked like had been worked on recently and rattled periodically from the outside plastic covering. Was able to push it back together and place my cooler against it to quiet it through the night. Awesome adjustable dark shades if need to sleep in, blacks out all the light! Parking lot well lit and seems pretty secure. Overall, good experience, just a small room, we had a king bed, so maybe the ones with multiple beds are a bit bigger.

  Rooms have bed bugs. The entire hotel has bed bugs. I saw the remnants everywhere sheets and towels had hard grainy substances. ( carpet grain drugstore beetles. ) Linens arent getting changed. See other reviews. The Housekeeping manager ashley is aggressive and lazy. She needs to be replaced. She sits behind the front desk and glares at guest when they leave or arrive. This isn't her place. Her place is what she was hired to do and she isn't doing it. The hotel needs to be shut down and treated to fix these issues. Cracks and crevices need to be sealed as well. They are not. As well as a replacement Housekeeping manager. Also maybe ihg should require proof of animals being on preventive and vet care to stay at hotels. The Idgaf attitude at this hotel is very bad. I asked for clean towels and was met with adversity.

  This is our second avid we stayed at and I have to say not the same quality of staff. The rooms were clean although needing some repairs but the staff, except for the front desk women last night, were not welcoming or friendly at all. The breakfast person was missing in action until 930 on the dot when he promptly removed everything not even asking if we were finished. Upon leaving, the front desk person didn't even look up from her computer with head phones on. Would I stay again, absolutely. Convenient to restaurants!
