  This place pays attention to detail! Very friendly and helpful at check in, clean spacious rooms with the cutest details on the towels, tissues and papers in the room and a very good/clean/well presented breakfast. Definitely recommend!

  I booked a suite at 160+$ per night for 11 nights. Room is clean, spacial and quiet. However there was a cockroach on the washing countertop in the morning of my third day stay -see the photo attached. I brought it up to the front desk and she said she will get someone to spray the room. Not sure what was done by the hotel on this. I still have quite 6 more days to stay and I hope no more cockroach in my room.

  I would like to take a moment to recognize Stacy and thank her for consistently going above and beyond for Bobby and me. She is truly a shining star and an incredible asset to your team. Every time I call with a question, stop by the lobby, or need assistance, Stacy greets us with a warm smile, an amazing personality, and a genuine desire to help. She always makes us feel welcome and valued. We visit your property quite often, and she remembers us every time, which means more than words can express. Last night, we had to check in unexpectedly around 10:00 p.m., and despite the late hour, Stacy accommodated us with such kindness and enthusiasm. She made a stressful situation so much easier, and we are incredibly grateful for the exceptional customer service she provides. Employees like Stacy are rare, and she deserves to be recognized for the outstanding job she does. I also wanted to mention a few maintenance issues with our room. By the time we got settled in, it was around 10:30 or 11:00 p.m., and we discovered that the television in the bedroom was not working. The kitchen ceiling light also did not work properly and continually flickered on and off. It appeared that a few maintenance or housekeeping items may have been overlooked before our arrival. I want to be very clear that these issues are in no way a reflection of Stacy. She handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. She truly puts her guests first, and her exceptional service deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Stacy, for always going the extra mile for Bobby and me. We appreciate you more than you know!

  Words really cannot express the kindness and the amazing service we encountered while staying here. Between the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the social hour we were anything but bored. We like to travel with my husband in the summer while he works and the kids loved it! Never been to Baytown before and everyone was just so kind and wonderful we will define booming staybridges from now on! Thank you for your hospitality and amazing service this week! We can’t wait to come back

  Nice hotel that is close to I-10. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast spread that had all the same items as in an Holiday Inn Express. It had a kitchen and small living room. The room unfortunately smelled of Lipton chicken soup and the bed was a little bouncy. But I would pick a Staybridge hotel again if there wasn't a Holiday Inn Express available.
