  So I was booked for a week but only made it a day if that tells you how bad it was. Got on site and they had a sign on the door saying we are not taking reservations at this time. Ok... so why did you take mine? Went to room and saw the mildew around the tub showing through the caulking they had used to cover it. Long day of travel so I just decided to live with it. No hot water. Ok... called down and they said it will be back up soon. I won't bore you with all the other things that were falling apart in the room but the final straw was when the morning came by and I had another refreshingly cold shower I was done. If you want a substandard stay with no hot water accompanied by people who see you as an inconvenience then this is your kind of place.

  Beds were comfortable. That is the only positive thing. Elevator was loud and could be heard dinging all night. What I booked (a suite with two beds and a couch) is not what I got. I only got two beds so my son had to sleep on floor. There was no rollaway bed either and they couldn’t change me rooms due to it being completely booked. The pancake machine didn’t work properly and the juice and water machine was out of order. Finally the pool looked like it has seen better days…as much of the property looks run down and in need of some upkeep. I guess you get what you pay for.

  Just don't bother. Go to La Quinta Inn or somewhere else. This place is a dump.

  BED BUGS!!!!!!! There were at least 3 in my bed... I was there on a business trip... I woke up around 2 am to being bitten.... when I showed the front desk the video I took of them in my bed...I was informed a manager would call me . A week later and no one has called me.. I dont care if my company was paying for .. I was the customer that got bitten and should have been contacted....bad customer service...I would not recommend!!!!!

  Great location! That's the only noteworthy thing about this hotel. I wanted to check out just as soon as we checked in considering we booked 3 nights. As soon as you get off of the elevator the smell of mildew smacks you in the face, and the smell was even worse once we got into the room. The rooms are dark and gloomy, only half of the outlet worked when it was time to iron and the sink water starts off smelling like sewage. To top it off there was barely any hot water in the shower so I had to take a luke warm shower...this entire hotel needs to be updated, even the furnishings have chipped wood. We've stayed at numerous Holiday Inns and this was definitely at the bottom of the list!! Definitely would not stay here again.
