  The rooms were musty and so humid there was no drying it out. Everything felst moist to the touch. The bed the towels, the floor. There was an uneated breakfast sandwich still in the fridge and pepperoni on the floor under the desk. The air wouldnt stay on for more than 3 min at a time even set down to the lowest temperature. Which was probably for the best as the rattling sound it made would wake the dead. The tub is streaked in soap resude that desperately needs scrubbing and there is visible mold in the corners of the tub and along the wall. The pool area is closed and looks to have been for a long time. This leaves no outdoor seating as all the chairs are locked into the pool area. That meant all the smokers were sitting on a bench at the front doors every day. The single creaking elevator needs a serious cleaning. The floor is gross. The walls are grimy. The tape holding the emergency panel on is falling off. And there is a smell that I know could be from individuals using the elevator but it was always there. Like a locker room Breakfast was as expected and the dining room was kept fairly clean.

  Severe Health & Safety Hazard – Room 219 (Management Refuses to Fix) I had a terrible stay in Room 219 due to severe property neglect and a complete lack of response from management. The room had an overwhelming smell of mildew that made me physically ill. The ceiling is actively falling in and leaking water from the room above, and the toilet runs loudly and continuously. I immediately reported these structural and plumbing issues to the front desk, and they assured me it would be fixed. However, nothing has been done. Worse, other employees from my company are now being assigned to this exact same room. Putting guests into a hazardous room with active leaks and structural damage is unacceptable. I have documented everything with photos and will be reporting this property directly to the health department. Avoid this location.

  The carpet smelled of mildew. The first room the carpet was soaked around the air conditioner. Second room seemed fresh walking in but, after a few hrs my allergies were kicking in. The room no longer smelled fresh. The carpets turned my socks black, out of date furniture, on and off water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was minimal. One day only danishes and juice no hot food. The next day at 6:50am one hard dry piece of French toast and two burnt cheese omelettes were in the warm serving dishes. It was the only day out of my six day stay that hot food was served. If you would even call it that. The pool was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend anyone actually get in it. This hotel does not meet IHG standards that members are accustomed to. Accommodations are much closer to a Motel 6. Or non brand hotel off a dark interstate in Detroit that you pay by the hr.

  Booked the room for a week for work. No hot water the entire stay. Found cockrouches in the hall along with something I wasn't sure what. Told by night staff owners didn't care and nothing would be done about any complaints
