On a business trip and Ms. Allison at the front desk made my day..she was super sweet and welcoming..it was more personable type of vibe I got from her and I can see that she truly enjoys her job..baby, if I ever have to come back this way she is the reason I’ll choose this hotel!! I gave the room 4 stars because it was a napkin with cookie crumbs on the divider by the couch..they did have cookies at the front desk so I’m sure the person cleaning the room couldn’t resist 🤣..hell, I was tempted 🤣..I wasn’t mad at all about that lol..ohhhh best part EVER, they had happy hour from 5-7 😱😱😱..yelp the wine I got was complementary..that’s reason #2 I’ll be back 🫣🤣..checked out and they had a great breakfast set up, fruit, yogurts, sausage links, potatoes, omelets, oatmeal, cereal etc..a big variety and it was fresh! The lady at the front desk (sorry I didn’t get her name) but she was friendly, forthcoming, and just as awesome..I’m very impressed with my entire stay..

Everything was great! The hotel was clean, the breakfast was fresh, and the pool was nice (both pool and hot tub are nicely heated). However, the most outstanding part of the our experience was the concierge, Roman - she was kind, helpful, and so pleasant! She made our stay even more memorable by her kindness and help! If ever in Bastrop again, I will stay here!

Upon arrival first thing I do is kick on the ac. Go grab some dinner and get back the room it’s still as hot and sticky as when I turned on the ac so I thought I would wait a little longer. Called the front desk and Eli came to see what the problem was. The. He said he was gonna call maintenance to come swap out ac unit at 11 pm!!!!! Why don’t maintenance fix things while room isn’t occupied or last Min. Terrible night of sleep drenched in sweat. Room 124 ac keeps throwing code A2 on display screeen (a little note for maintenance)not that it will get fixed anytime soon
