  Good stay as usual, beds are comfy, breakfast was well tasty, and head different offerings with days we were here.

  It was okay, upon check-in I was told that I could check out at 2pm as long I requested it in the morning and if I’m a member ( this is relevant to the story). I went to the front desk quite early in the morning and requested for a late checkout but said to call again later, which I thought was inconvenient because I literally asked in the morning but nonetheless I did what I asked of them. I call again later and asked for a late checkout again, they said all late checkouts are unavailable and that there are limited spots. I think they should’ve disclosed this info when I first checked in and they could’ve just written my name down or something. Overall, this place was okay but please make sure to do your research before your stay, since i’m a new member I should’ve been given a more informative experience. I will no longer be a member unfortunately:(

  Hotel abbastanza vicino alla città , letto confortevole,primi tre giorni della settimana bevande e cibo gratis nella zona breakfast Signora Claudia molto amichevole

  upon arrival, we were quite disappointed because of customer service not informing us that we would have to pay incidental fees and the site we got the rooms from did not inform the hotel directly that we are blind and that we need to be on the first floor. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the service that Lisa provided to us at the front desk, she was very willing to accommodate us in the best way possible. Thank you Lisa for providing us with an upgraded room. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves. Considering we are blind it made it easier for us to get from point A to point B having a room downstairs on the first floor. The room was huge. It was easy for us to get around. Everything was accessible. Laundry was right next-door, which made it so much easier for us to get to do laundry and to quickly get to the front desk. thank you Lisa so much. The stove a little small but overall everything is excellent here very comfortable rooms very comfortable beds. Awesome swimming pool! We're hoping to come back here for another vacation and hope that we will have another great experience here just the way we did this trip. Thank you.
