  The TVs don't have even regular satellite channels were spotty at best couldn't get one of the TVs to work at all. One of the phones didn't work, the iron didn't work and none of the outlets next to the bed work for charging our phone. Only 3 towels & when i asked for more they made me give them back my used one...that was in my hair! Also, elevator out & ice machine in fridge broken

  Too many times I get to a hotel and it's usually bad. Emmi at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. My reservations were messed up she took absolutely no time in fixing it and trying to accommodate me. If more people at hotels would follow her lead there would be no reason for complaints. Thank you for your assistance Emmi

  Service too bad. They do not clean the room during weekends but when you arrive the guy in the desk says nothing about this. The room service does not adds Cafe for Cafe machine, they do not clean bathroom as expected

  DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD ON THE PHONE. Buyer beware! I am writing this to warn other travelers so your vacation doesn't get ruined. My family called this hotel days in advance to ask if we could park our car here before our trip, as we had already booked a room for one night when we return. The staff on the phone explicitly assured us that we could park for free for 9 days and use their shuttle to the airport. Fast forward to today: we arrived at the hotel to drop off our car, and the two staff members working at the front desk completely backtracked. They flat-out refused to let us park. I even offered to PAY for the parking out of pocket, and they still dismissively turned us away, completely indifferent to the fact that we were standing there with a baby, scrambling to figure out what to do. This kind of bait-and-switch is absolutely unacceptable. We are incredibly lucky that we headed to the airport early today; otherwise, their blatant misinformation could have completely derailed our entire family vacation. Traveling with an infant is stressful enough without a hotel going back on their word at the last minute and leaving you stranded. If you are relying on this Staybridge Suites for their parking or pre-flight logistics, make sure you have a backup plan, because their word means absolutely nothing. Utterly unprofessional and zero empathy. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else!
