  Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean. Emy is the best, she was really kind and friendly. I got in soaked from the storm and she made sure to quickly get me checked in so I could make it to my room and dry off. The staff is also is very nice. Definitely staying here again!

  Emy and Maria have been attentive and very helpful with all things I've needed while staying here. I've been here for about a month and a half and the staff have been great day in and day out. Fun friendly environment. Definitely recommend

  Absolutely blown away by our stay at Staybridge Suites Austin Airport by IHG! From the moment we walked in, Oscar at the front desk set the tone with his friendly, helpful attitude—he truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet? Next level. The amazing staff member on Monday morning, the 27th of April keeping everything stocked didn’t miss a beat and even brought out fresh, hot coffee right away. The spread had everything you could want—boiled eggs, cottage cheese, Philadelphia cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, American cheese, yogurt, butter, fresh fruit, bagels, bread, and so much more. Easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had! Our room was spotless and HUGE—complete with a comfy sofa bed, a full kitchen, and a separate bedroom with another bed. Perfect setup and incredibly comfortable. Everything about this stay was top-notch. We’ll definitely be back!

  Emmy made my stay at Staybridge Suites genuinely memorable. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived. You can tell she truly cares about guests having a good experience. Every interaction felt warm and effortless, and she went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of genuine positivity and professionalism. Emmy is a big reason I’d come back again.

  Walk in and there is a trash can matching water from a leak at the lobby door. Hotel currently under construction but no notice anywhere while making the reservation. The a/c on the floor was out so it smelled stale and musty. The room was old and smelled musty as well. Bath tub was old and peeling and a contained silverfish. Speaking to the front desk about getting a refund and my husband is watching a roach crawl across the lobby floor. The whole place is just dirty.
