  As others have said, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. However, the AC was noisy and had some motor come on and run for a few seconds every so often that was rather loud. The shower head vomited water out of the bottom of it and the shower door leaked quite a bit of water onto the floor. They gave me new batteries for it, but the remote still wouldn't work properly. You had to push the buttons very hard to change channels. The fridge was unplugged and warm and the only coffee maker in the room is a frigging espresso machine. No microwave! Having said all that, I would probably stay here again.

  Love our stay-cation in our city to Hotel Indigo! Staff was so polite, but my favorite part was the design of the place. Give that designer a raise! :) thank you!

  Room was great location was close enough to 6th street for a short walk. The staff there is above and beyond we left behind some belongings and Gwendolyn Hagen-Wood got our stuff back to us asap. This will definitely be where we stay when in austin

  I absolutely love this hotel. I definitely see myself attending in the future. The staff are insanely friendly, The restaurant is incredible and so is the food. My favorite part about this hotel is the fact that the key cards are needed to get to your floor. This keeps out people that don't belong here, and makes it safer for everyone. The beds are also super comfortable, and I often found myself falling asleep very quickly and not wanting to get up in the morning because of how insanely nice they are. Now, here are some things that definitely could be improved. I'm a person that really loves showering. I don't like the fact that I have to turn the shower on and wait a few minutes just to get hot water. I feel like for a boutique hotel, this is kind of ridiculous. Additionally, if people are going to be bringing food up to their rooms, and you guys are going to be offering room service, I think it would be a good idea to have microwaves in the rooms. Lastly, I didn't like the fact that when I walked into the hotel, fans were used to cool the area down instead of a central HVAC. Lots of hotels have this, and the Holiday Inn around the corner does. Other than these three things, my stay here was amazing. The location was great. The park four blocks away was really fun to be in, and it's insanely close to many of the Texas attractions in Austin. If I were to rate this on a scale from one to 10, it would be somewhere along a 8.9 out of 10. If you guys are able to address these things, it would be a solid 10 out of 10 for me. Still would 100% come back if I'm ever back in Austin though.
