- JJjm5 days ago1.0Absolutely disgusting experience. We found THREE cockroaches in our room. One is already unacceptable, but three clearly shows there is a serious cleanliness or pest problem. We did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room or even leaving our luggage open because we were worried about bringing cockroaches home with us. This is completely unacceptable. Worst hotel experience I’ve had. I would not stay here again.
- JLJoanna Paula LunaAug 6, 20261.0Booked wrong hotel through Priceline. Called them after about 1 hour of booking. Priceline hotline also called to get approval on cancellation for the 3 nights. They still want to charge 1 day even the check in date is still farout. Not very good customer service at all. I've experienced a lot of hotel who does the cancellation without any charges. Very disappointed. Options given to me are available on the website but I needed to callback multiple times by getting the same answer, I'm sure there's a way to void the prepaid charge.

- MMMariJul 6, 20265.0Location is a great spot. Quiet and peaceful. Had a couple minor issues however Gloria and Ashley did a great job resolving the issues. Teresa super friendly and welcoming. Room hot upon entering although after 5 minutes turning on air conditioner it was freezing cold which help with summer excessive heat wave. Breakfast standard fare - eggs, sausage, potatoes and typical bread pastries. Awesome view of downtown Austin from our room. Would stay again. 1/2 star deduct due to scary monster June bug that snuck in somehow.
