  We stayed for a couple days, pool was nice! Room was clean, and comfortable! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

  Check-in was extremely fast. Room was clean and very well kept. Plenty of channels on the TV. Shower had great pressure. The view outside was a bunch of trees and the city line. Bed was not too firm but a little more on the soft side. Good enough to sleep. Pillows were soft; recommend having half soft, half firm. Breakfast was a hot meal that you would get at any IHG. Gym was good enough to get a workout in. Check-out was easy and fast. Would stay here again. Nothing was worth getting the 5th Star.

  Our family absolutely loves staying here! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond to make every stay special, and it truly feels like a home away from home. One of the sweetest surprises was finding a thoughtful goodie basket waiting in our room for my kids and me. It was such a kind and personal touch that made our stay even more memorable. My kids were so excited, and it really showed how much the staff cares about their guests. We always have a wonderful experience here and look forward to coming back. If you're looking for a place with exceptional hospitality, friendly staff, and those extra little touches that make all the difference, I highly recommend staying here.   I've been working in Austin for two months and before starting, I looked for places to stay. I found this gem, home away from home. The amenities and customer service makes you feel welcomed every time you go in those doors. The breakfast is amazing, and they will treat you like family
