  This is the second time I've stayed. Good clean hotel. The construction on i35 right now make it inconvenient to get to though

  Horrible service over night lady was extremely rude management I suggest you watch your cameras and listen to the conversation she made me and my Employee leave for asking a simple question in a calm manor very very rude she should be fired. Skinny gal with dark hair and glasses I will be letting people know the horrible service and how rude we were treated by your employee. We are over the road truck drivers and relayed that to the employee and she still took no care and kicked us out of the property please investigate your employees. I would not recommend to anyone.

  So I usually only leave reviews if I’m really disappointed or really impressed by something. Let me tell you- this hotel could have been missing walls and beds (they weren’t so don’t panic) and I still would recommend it to you because of the staff… primarily Keith. He was SO friendly at check-in and when I deactivated my key. I had to wait in line and was witness to his interactions with a few different people. He was able to quickly assess each person and adapt to their personality on the spot. I was able to enlist his help in a fun surprise for my son who’s abandoning me for college soon! (When he wasn’t busy of course) I should probably mention I was 1 in a large group, so he had to deal with plenty of crazy and stayed chipper and kind! I would be remiss if I did not also mention the lady at check out. She’s the GM BUT I FORGOT her name! She was really kind and dealt with our 10-lbs of crazy on the way out the door. Will definitely be back; whether they like it or not… 😂

  Overall a 3 star hotel experience. If you’re looking for a cheap stay in Austin with complimentary breakfast and free parking, this is a decent pick for you. The rooms are small and can’t walk around too easily, but there’s a lot of clothes storage. The hotel itself seems like it could use A LOT of updates. There is zero mistake you’re in a cheaper hotel. Only one elevator worked our entire stay and judging by other reviews it doesn’t seem that’s an urgent problem. Additionally, their pool gate has open access to the public because the door doesn’t close properly. Lots of homeless people roam the area and sleep around the property, so be careful if you’re alone! The breakfast was decent but needs someone to clean up after guests every so often. Instead you see their staff also enjoying breakfast?
