  It was 105 degrees when I arrived in Austin and the insane amount of road construction along with the surge of returning university students and their families made me so very grateful for the cool, clean lobby when I entered the hotel. I was greeted right away and my check in was painless and quick. While this establishment is not new, it was clean and well maintained. My room was clean and the king bed was crisp and comfortable. This made me happy since I am from Austin originally but moved away 11 years ago. I would stay here again.

  I was just in the area and needed somewhere to stay pretty quickly, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. Everything was very accommodating, the location is great and convenient to the highway, and I was genuinely impressed with my stay. But my absolute favorite part was Maria at breakfast! She was AMAZING. She was so warm, welcoming, and attentive and truly made my morning. Great hospitality can completely change your experience at a hotel, and Maria definitely did that for me. I’m also really big on breakfast when I stay at hotels, and the quality of the food here was excellent. Everything was fresh, good, and well taken care of. Between the convenient location, comfortable stay, great breakfast, and especially Maria’s hospitality, I would absolutely stay here again. Maria is truly a gem and a big reason this hotel deserves five stars!

  Front desk was accommodating. Was able to early check in and got a great view to the river. Great location for walk around the hotel. We had dinner reservations near by so we were able to walk. Had a great morning walk to get coffee near the hotel as well. Overall satisfied with the service and everything else offered.

  My husband and I had to be in the area and randomly booked this hotel to stay at. We enjoyed it very much. We checked in very late and Krystal took care of us. So courteous , patient and kind. Explained about parking and breakfast the next morning. George helped us the next morning at check out. He was very attentive as well. Breakfast was good and the staff was very pleasant.

  FIQUEI LONGE DESSE HOTEL Acabamos de sair às 4 horas da manhã sem conseguir dormir desse hotel onde reservamos por duas noites infelizmente o hotel oferece vários vários problemas . O Café da manhã que quando você reserva está incluso e quando você chega no hotel querem te cobrar 15 dólares por um café da manhã triste e misériavel . SEGUNDO grande e grave muito grave problema os (jovens) passam a noite GRITANDO e batendo a porta dos quartos,até meu esposo sair e tentar resolver o problema a recepção não ajudou em nada ligamos duas vezes uma situação deplorável onde se escuta briga e GRITARIA enfim optamos por sair às 4 da manhã por não conseguir dormir. Terceiro a SUJEIRA da louça do café da manhã e do hotel todo sujo sujo. O estacionamento é assombroso. Não merece nem 1 estrela.
