Welcome to the Holiday Inn Austin Airport! The Holiday Inn Austin Airport is conveniently located off I 35 and highway 71. We are two miles from Austin Bergstrom International Airport AUS and offers complimentary 24 hour airport shuttle service and free parking during your stay.     A large number of customers arrived simultaneously due to a missed connecting flight. Aarik at the front desk handled this very efficiently and was kind and personable. His customer service left a great impression! Room quality and shuttle services were also great.

    I travel for a living so I stay in a LOT of hotels. This one is fantastic. It's extremely clean and well kept, the staff is very friendly, and the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds, big TVs, and cold air conditioning for the hot Texas summer. Another very appreciated amenity is the microwave and mini fridge in the room. That's something that most Marriott / Hilton / Hyatt branded hotels have done away with, which I hate. Way to go Holiday Inn! Thanks for a great stay.

    I stay here from time to time with work and it's usually a pleasant experience but tonight we were in for a treat. Mr Kalani Perry was the bartender at restaurant and this gentleman was the best dude or female bartender I've had in years. Legitimately was excited to tell us about his favs on the menu and describe local beers to us. Always a smile and extremely professional and attentive with a great sense of humor. This man belongs at a Michelin restaurant! Also, the front desk staff was extremely welcoming, charming and friendly. Breath of fresh air to see great customer service still exists.

    Very nice hotel - it was my first time staying here. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms were clean and smelled great. Both times I used the shuttle to and from the airport the drivers were extremely friendly. I’d like to recognize Shawn, my early morning shuttle driver. His attitude and kindness at 4:20am were noticed and appreciated. I ate dinner downstairs and the food was good. Was very glad I didn’t have to leave the hotel to find something
