  Due to a change in our flight schedule, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Austin Airport and was very pleasantlt surprised. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but the service I received made the experience extremely enjoyable. From the check-in to the check-out, the hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, accommodating, energetic, and superb. I was privileged to be served by Kelani, who made my experience very pleasant. He smiled the entire time, was very attentive to everyone and made the bar/restaurant area very enjoyable. From the ambience of the music, to the way he attended everyone pleasantly with a smile, his service alone was a reason to come back and look forward to an excellent stay. He deserves to he recognized for a memorable and outstanding service he provided to me and everyone the night I witnessed. The food was also very good so I was definitely satisfied with my stay here. I would definitely do it again and look forward to it.

  I travel frequently for work and spend a lot of time away from home, so genuine hospitality means more to me than most people probably realize. The reception team and bar staff here were absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. After long days of traveling and working, it was incredibly nice to come back to a place where the staff remembered me, took care of me, and treated me more like family than just another hotel guest. When you travel as much as I do, you quickly learn that a great hotel is about much more than the room—it’s the people. This team understands hospitality, and they made being away from home a whole lot easier. Thank you to the entire reception and bar staff for taking such great care of me. You’ve absolutely earned my five-star review, and I would happily stay here again.

  We took the shuttle to the airport and Shawn was our driver. He was wonderful and took excellent care of us. The hotel staff were amazing as well. Highly recommend.

  I travel for work and I stay in a lot of hotels. When my company put me to Holiday Inn I thought 'hmmmm-- okay.' Hotel was great! Clean, updated, great service, and the room was so well thought out with places to put bags and, well, it was just smart and well planned. There was nothing suspect on the carpet or the chairs. I say this because I stay in a lot of Marriotts and I feel that their brand has really gone downhill since covid. In genera, at the Marriott, prices go up, the hotels are not updated, The cleaning standards are low in most locations, service standards are not what they used to be. This particular Holliday Inn is everything that a Marriott is not. It completely exceeded my expectations! My company paid less and I got more out of the deal! Thank you! Holiday Inn!

  Had a really nice stay here! King size bed was extremely comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean and the fridge and microwave were a perk. Plus the driver Shawn was really nice 😊 and helpful. He made sure our ride was safe and helped with our bags. Will definitely be back for another stay!
