  Have probably stayed about ~10 times here. Now added a daily $30 fee for parking and service. Management has lost it. This isn’t downtown. The neighboring hotel that shares the same parking lot has no parking fees. Last stay for me. I booked in July and there was absolutely no warning a new fee would be introduced. Book at your own peril - it may be $100 daily fee by the time you get here

  Smells wonderful, new and clean hotel. Great location, just a little tricky to get in & out of. Will definitely stay here again.

  The location was convenient, with many excellent restaurants less than a 10 minute drive away. The room stayed comfortably cool, the bed was very comfortable, and the oversized shower head provided one of the best hotel showers we've experienced. We also enjoyed the pool once we were able to get in. There were a few frustrations. The pool gate was sticking and would not open properly on one side, so we had to enter through the neighboring Cambria Hotel since the pool is shared between the two properties. Crowds were not an issue, but accessing the pool was more difficult than it should have been. The room's air conditioning kept the room cold, but it produced a loud whistling and whining noise whenever it ran. One disappointment was the $20 per day parking fee. The hotel has a large open surface lot with no covered parking or obvious added security, and the charge felt unnecessary given the setting. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great shower, comfortable bed, and convenient location, but a few maintenance issues and the parking fee kept it from being an excellent experience.

  It’s really unfortunate to see what was once an affordable, accessible, great hotel turn into what it’s turned into now. I’ve stayed here numerous times in the past year, and most of the visits were great, but had increasingly annoying issues. This latest time was our last time at the Even, as they’re instituting $20/night parking fees- yet don’t have any sort of security to justify that. This visit, we had a major issue in which the TVs wouldn’t allow us to stream or cast to the TV. It took one of the days of our visit to get it addressed; while I understand the problem is off-site, it’s frankly surprising to me that the “casting gateway” being down was noticed by NO ONE. They also do not accept tap to pay any longer, and the reasoning they gave was half-baked at best. With all of the issues, we were offered a comped breakfast; while the gesture was nice, there were hidden restrictions not listed on the cards (certain menu items were not allowed of their few menu items), and the breakfast we did get was shockingly bad. The short version; it’s a shame to see what was once a really good hotel that was accessible and affordable go the way of the overpriced and forgettable. EDIT: They also can’t even offer an actual response, and gave a stock AI generated response. Sad.

  I had a fantastic stay at EVEN Hotel Austin Domain! The room was incredibly spacious, which made it feel much more comfortable than your average hotel room. Everything was spotless, and the modern, calming decor created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. One of my favorite features was the in-room workout equipment. It’s such a thoughtful addition and makes it easy to squeeze in a quick workout without ever leaving your room. It’s a unique touch that really sets EVEN Hotels apart. The location is another huge plus. Being right by The Domain means you’re just minutes from great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, making it a perfect choice whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. Between the clean, oversized rooms, stylish design, wellness-focused amenities, and excellent location, I’d happily stay here again the next time I’m in Austin.
