  15 miles from downtown Austin but a great and very clean hotel. Traffic can be a little challenging going into the downtown area during rush hour but the trade off it's in a very quiet off the highway location. Front desk and employees are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very clean the the beds are super comfortable.

  This is a fabulous hotel - save and bookmark for later. Bed was very comfortable, room had a stylish and thoughtfully designed layout. Restaurant and bar are superb, and all staff were amazing. Didn’t get a chance to try the pool, but that area also looks fabulous with a hot tub, too. Will definitely stay here again.

  This hotel and staff is 10/10. I am making a point to leave a review because the hospitality that we received here was amazing. They were helpful answering questions before we even arrived for our stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and decently priced. Staff was always kind or motivated to help (which is rare in this day) and we really appreciated it all. If we ever travel where there is an EVEN hotel to stay at, we will make a point to stay at one of these hotels again.

  Great location, the rooms are very nice and the service has been great. My biggest gripes come from the spotty wifi and the address disrepancy. During my three night stay, I have unfortunately pulled into the apartment complex next door multiple times due to Apple maps taking me to the wrong turn.

  My stay at the EVEN hotel was unfortunately one that was not good. Matter of fact, it was actually kind of terrible. Once I arrived, I was met with $100 deposit that I was not aware of prior to checking in that I did not see anywhere when I booked the hotel. Had I known that I would have to come up with an extra hundred dollars, I would’ve booked a room at downtown. I stayed here from Thursday to Sunday, April 9 to April 13. On day one, I had a good experience only issue I would say I had was not being able to hook up my phone to the TV to stream streaming apps. For some reason, it wanted you to download another app in order to stream other apps to the TV. The other two nights that I stayed were absolutely horrible. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was friendly and amazing and I had no issues with the staff. The only problem I had was that I couldn’t get any rest throughout the whole time I stayed here. I guess a bunch of teenagers/ young adults were booked on the same exact floor as me (the 4th) and I was woken up repeatedly throughout the middle of the night to hearing them laugh, yell and cause all kinds of havic in the hallways between the hours of 2 AM to 4 AM on both Friday night and Saturday night. It got so bad that I had to call the front desk to send security to tell them to leave the hallway ( they literally stayed in the hallway the whole time) and keep the noise down. When I called l, the security did come down immediately and they did finally be quiet. They went in their rooms but it happened all over again Saturday night. I came to this hotel to get a break from external things going on in my personal life. I booked this hotel because it was in a nice quiet area and all I wanted to do was get some real rest, but that was impossible Again the staff was amazing and I really appreciated them helping me on Friday night, but the fact that it happened again let me know that those people did not care about being warned the first night. With the amount of money that I paid to stay here, I should have just stayed somewhere in downtown and maybe then I would’ve gotten some actual rest. The hotel is pretty clean and nice, but they could definitely work on the amenities a little bit better especially with the TV but my personal experience here was not the best and I will not be returning!
