  This was a 5 star review when we left. It has been updated: These screen shots are of calls I made yesterday trying to get ahold of anyone at the hotel. They all rang until disconnected. This also happened the evening before we checked in when we had a question about our reservation. During our stay, it was impossible to get help after 5. Just standing at an empty desk listening to them have a personal conversation in the back. I am convinced the person turns the ringer off when they arrive. Taking my review from 5 star to 1 because of the evening desk. The only reason you are getting 1 is bc of the person during the day. It has been 4 nights of issues with this hotel but all in the evening. I called another Candlewood asking if there was another number to call and they gave me corporate. I would rather not but my issue is still unresolved. The room was great, the daytime desk was very helpful, but this whole thing has been more trouble than it should be.

  Unfortunately the terrible service at the front desk really brought this review down. We got there around 9pm and the lady at the front desk seem flustered and mumbled that she wasn’t expecting to have guests at that time, which is odd because it’s 24 hours to check in and 9pm is not super late. She then started to search around frantically and for 15 minutes did not explain what the hold up was to get us in our rooms. Finally she said she can’t get into the computer for the keys. I suggested to call someone and she said she texted and is waiting for a reply. She ended up calling and apparently the computer was down, but her reactions and responses were very odd - she was unable to speak to us clearly and even though she said she can get us into the room it was as if she kept forgetting she said that and just kept saying sadly I can’t get y’all keys but I can get yall in the room. This all took about an hour until we finally all got into our rooms. Overall very strange experience but the room was comfortable, so that’s good.

  The room was comfortable, clean, and well-insulated from noise. Having a simple kitchenette with complete cooking utensils was a huge plus, especially as a foreign traveler, as it helped us adapt to our dietary habits. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and patient. Overall, I highly recommend this place for long-term business trips.
