- RKRebecca KuhlOct 5, 20262.0The curtains don't close all the way to the end so there is lights shining in your room that makes it look like its daylight out even if its the middle of the night. This was in a first floor room so not sure if its the same on the other floors. The door to our room was kinda broken and had to be slammed shut for it to close completely and be locked. The bathroom door was the same way to the point I had to pretty much body slam it to get out. Shower curtain rod was messed up therefore water got everywhere.
- JSJared SmithSep 23, 20261.0Worst place you can stay at! They leave people’s personal information out in the open for anyone and everyone to come and see and steal. Save yourself time and effort. Take your business to a professional place and staff
- PGP GSep 23, 20261.0This wasn’t a hotel stay. It was a health inspection waiting to happen. After a long day of traveling and working, all we wanted was a clean room. Instead: Room #1: Black hornet sitting ON THE BED.(no pic as we were too busy killing it before it harmed us) Room #2: Someone’s VOMIT still in the bathroom. 🤢 And the grand finale: BED BUGS. At this point, I’m not sure if we checked into a Best Western Plus or auditioned for Fear Factor. A hornet, puke, AND bed bugs in one stay is almost impressive. Never again. Save your money, your skin, and your sanity. Stay somewhere else.
- DHdrew hernandezSep 22, 20261.0Walls are so thin I can hear the people’s tv next door blaring, and people above me stomping constantly, and aside from the horrible amount of noise there internet doesn’t even work and keeps going out I can’t even watch the tv in the room by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
- DDDanielSep 16, 20265.0Stayed here for 5 days with my brother and had a great time. The location is right next to the airport and downtown austin which was super convenient. The bed was comfy, and the breakfast and coffee in the morning was a lifesaver. The front desk folks were especially considerate and hospitable!! 👍👍
