Then we got the room and the tv didn’t work in the first one and there was hair on the pillow so they changed our room. Everything worked in the second room. The a/c is motion sensor so it shut off in the middle of the night. I was suppose to get my deposit 5-7 business days and haven’t got it back so I have to wait 3 business days more business days. They never released it and I called up there two times before this time and the woman never told me that until other woman answer this time and told me it was never released and I have to wait 3 more because days.

I called ahead of time for an early check in, and the representative said that I could check in early (at 12p). However, when I arrived, the front desk staff member immediately said no I could not do that even though I talked to someone earlier that day. Furthermore, the staff member didn’t even make any effort to see if there was a room available for me to check in. I would have made different plans if I knew that I couldn’t check in early but because of that miscommunication, I was down $60 because I either had to wait there for 3 hours or Lyft somewhere else in the interim. Additionally, I’m a Platinum Elite member. When I checked in at the normal check-in, the same staff member who turned me away put a Platinum Elite member insert into my key card holder which states that this status could check in early (subject to availability of course). My problem is that she didn’t even check to see if there was a room available for me to check in early. I would’ve even appreciated if she even PRETENDED to look but no effort was made to make me feel taken care of. Also after my long day walking around from being turned away, I wanted to take a nice warm shower. The hot water wasn’t working. I do not recommend this place unless you literally just need a roof over your head.
