- AMAnthony Mercado4 days ago1.0There was hair in the shower still like it it wasn’t cleaned properly, room smelled bad every time when got back from somewhere, kind of like pee. Room was hot, AC only worked when it wanted to, thermostat on the wall wasn’t functioning. Couldn’t stream any phones to the tv, we called front desk and they said they would work on it and it never got fixed. Which is a problem because we were stuck in the room for 8 hours one day and had to enjoy our meal on the bed watching tv on our phone . I have photos and video proof of it all

They have water softener which makes our skin feel moisturized not dry and when we wash our hair, it feels better than the chlorine water. I must specify that our room was nicely cleaned and serviced by Carmen. She did a fantastic job. The toilets were also clean and bed were also well arranged. Front desk receptionist ( Sheree) and the others were all very sweet and helpful anytime. It’s a peaceful hotel with no much noise and disturbance.The hotel also has free parking space. They have free coffee and water ( still & sparkling) was also a good thing .

- IAIlyas ADNANESep 23, 20261.0Unfortunately, I have to leave a one star review because of one receptionist, Erma. During an early morning check in, her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I got there she was noticeably just waking up from a fat nap as her eyes were barely open and her voice was barely heard. She was dismissive, told me to come back later, and then rudely told me to sit back down when I returned. After waiting for over an hour, she refused to check me in and even threatened to call the police. Although I remained calm and respectful, she used words like “baby” and “honey” to refer to me which was inappropriate and made me even more uncomfortable. I’m a regular guest and have always found the other employees here to be kind, helpful, and professional. On another occasion, the same employee was sitting in the middle of the lobby when I was trying to check out. She didn’t seems to care about giving me any directions on the checkout process as she was laying on a couch browsing her phone away from her desk. Again this review is specifically about this employee’s repeated behavior, which I hope management will address.
