  I would have left a great review as my children and I really enjoyed our stay. Right up until an hour after I checked out, I got a 250 charge for smoking in the room. 1st. We don’t smoke at all!! I mean if you only know how much my husband hates smoking. 2. I had 2 little girls with me and my husband in a 2 queen bed room. We would have suffocated the kids if we smoked in the room plus the sprinklers would have went off. Also, our neighbors had kids. If we were smoking in the room someone would have complained. I called to dispute this and the lady upfront was not trying to hear it saying she Nella’s the room too. They are crazy because again me nor my husband smoke. We travel all the time and know how strict hotels are about smoking damage. We don’t allow smoking in our iumen home due to the smell that gets into the furniture. The lady up front hung up on me unprofessionally when I suggested maybe someone had a cigarette break after we left because there no way we took that chance in such a small room in a small hotel. Very small hotel. Also in response to the review response from Terri. This is not true as we had two little girls in the room with us and we do not do drugs. We are in our middle 40s. Yous did have a group of men sitting in your pool area smoking marijuana that night after hours. We saw when we came back from getting snacks. We never smoked at all nor did we have marijuana in us. We went so the kids could swim and that’s all we did. This place lies!! Don’t visit! I made a complaint, I am fighting the charges and I have my lawyer who will be suing in a civilly lawsuit about this because this is character defamation and I would for the state and get drug tested monthly. I do keep a lawyer on retainer due to my job type with the state and I am moving forward with this. I have paperwork showing my husband and I get tested for drugs monthly and are clean people because of our job titles. So that will help me win this dispute. There were cigar butts in the pool area, and again a group of older men smoking marijuana in the pool area. I will not be accused of something so vulgar that we know we did not do. My lawyer will be reaching out with the civil lawsuit information.

  I stayed at this hotel last weekend for just one night and I really enjoyed my stay! rooms were nice and spacious, front desk staff was very sweet and i love the coffee/water station up front that's available 24/7. i have no complaints, everything was really good here. i'd definitely stay again. plenty of parking too, which is always a definite plus!

  I had a wonderful stay at Atwell Suites! The hotel was extremely clean, modern, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and feel comfortable during my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything needed and genuinely caring about the guest experience. I also really enjoyed the breakfast options and the overall atmosphere of the hotel — it felt both professional and relaxing at the same time. The location was convenient, and the amenities made it stand out from many other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. I would absolutely recommend Atwell Suites to anyone traveling to Austin, whether for business or leisure, and I look forward to staying again in the future!
