  STRAIGHT UP 5 STARS !!.. LOVED THIS PLACE .. STAYED ONLY ONE NIGHT BUT WAS SUPER COMFORTABLE..ROOM WHERE NICE AND CLEAN , BED WAS COMFORTABLE !!.. HAD NO ISSYES AT ALL..THE FRONT DESK STAFF WHERE EXCELLENT & VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE ONE WHO HELPED ME JULIAN DID EXCELLENT JOB & EXPLAINED ALL THINGS.. A RESTAURANT THAT IS CONNECTED TO THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE MACHI SUSHI , I DIDNT GET A CHANCE TO EAT THIS TIME BUT SAT AT THE BAR , BEER WAS COLD STAFF WHERE EXCELLENT & VERY FRIENDLY . HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL... I WILL BE BACK INNA COUPLE MONTHS AND WILL BOOK A STAY HERE AGAIN.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEXT TIME ILL HIT THE POOL & JACUZZI!!!..

  Central location in Austin, perfect. Staff and very welcoming and knowledgeable about its customers needs. Also, reasonable prices and free parking. Finally, the most important thing is safety. Locked parking lot after certain hours. Pass card entries and to your room.

  Quite, comfortable and conveniently located! Breakfast is open for short period BUT has a good split of grab & go items (yogurt, pastries including gluten free, fruit, etc) as well as hot, fresh foods like meat/waffles/eggs There is a nice lobby to sit in with TV and a football table. We didnt use the pool but it looked nice and clean!

  I arranged and booked this hotel stay for my CEO and team, and the handling of a refund issue afterwards has been incredibly disappointing. At checkout we were told we would receive a $500 refund within 24–48 hours. That refund never arrived. Over the past 4 weeks I repeatedly contacted multiple receptionists and was continuously told to speak with the General Manager. Unfortunately, the General Manager has been completely unreachable by phone, voicemail, or email despite me leaving more than five voicemails and sending multiple emails requesting an update. After weeks of chasing, I finally received a passive-aggressive email asking for more information, despite already having provided all booking details multiple times. Then, to make matter worse, over a month later only a $100 refund was processed with no explanation as to why the agreed amount changed from $500 to $100. Since then, I have continued calling, emailing, and leaving voicemails with absolutely no response. The most frustrating part of this entire experience is not just the incorrect refund amount, but the complete lack of communication and accountability from management. Ignoring customers for weeks while withholding owed funds is unacceptable, especially for a business hotel handling corporate bookings. I would strongly urge management to respond and resolve this matter properly.

  Honestly I’m being generous giving two stars,and it’s only for the good service for *some employees*, location is also good. For the other side: Rooms walls are paper thin, you can literally hear people talking in their rooms and the hallways while you’re in your room. Beds comfort is TERRIBLE! Not sure what type of mattresses they are using, but definitely the one that leaves you in back pain when you wake up. Breakfast was less than average, few types so we had breakfast outside. For the second day it was Monday and we arrived to the breakfast buffet to find it closed, they didn’t let us know in advance that opening hours for breakfast is 7-9 during weekdays and not until 10 am (other people were surprised to learn that upon arrival to the breakfast place). To mention, we booked them through my bank provider, they were advertised as a 4 star hotel but upon arrival it was 3 stars hostel style (not sure whose fault was it, bank portal or they put the ad there). Room service setup is also weird, no one cleaned our room or changed the towels when we were outside although we always leave around 10 am in the morning We stayed two nights then moved somewhere else. I don’t recommend, we actually paid more than the average for this hotel, not worth it at all.
