  Très bon hôtel et bien placé. Chambres spacieuses il faut juste signaler qu’il n’y a pas de gel douche uniquement savonnettes Le restaurant japonais très bon avec un menu à volonté pour 39$ Le petit déjeuner complet avec des gaufres en forme du Texas jus d’orange bon mais café un peu léger. Mais dans le hall il y a une cafetière gratuite avec du meilleur café. Le personnel souriant, disponible et discret. Hôtel bien situé à 15 minutes de l’aéroport et du centre ville avec une bonne présence Uber. Piscine tres agréable et au calme entourée de verdure.

  Please read before booking I booked this property and with a flight delay I canceled on my Expedia to show up the next day even though I had to rebook my reservation this property refused to give me a refund and charge me for service is not rendered, even though I rebooked and arrived on Tuesday the following day I had two service animals with me. The fee is extremely high, and I am now aware of that, but it did say that service animals are exempt when I asked about that the front desk manager asked me what was my reason for having service dogs. They are emotional support dogs, and they do travel with me and my friend for business. He said they don’t allow service dogs for emotional support so I decided to leave and find another property they are still trying to book me for this trip that I canceled in person as of right now this company has stolen more than $3000 from me. I really hope the owner sees this the Property Manager and the front desk person We’re very rude. I even explained how I had an injured ankle and made the consideration with having to walk back-and-forth to figure this out. I have reached out to American Express and have documented everything. Update : still no refund, contacted American Express Aiden property charging a $50.00 fee now 2 days after I cancelled in person.

  1st trip to Austin location is a tad bit difficult to get to. Front desk staff were amazing! The room it self was nice. You can hear the people above you walking even in the hallway. The shower is small, toilet is very close to counter top. Bed was so comfortable and the A/C worked well. The door doesn’t close behind you when you enter your room. The Sushi Restaurant was packed unable to eat there. I would most definitely give it a 6/10. Clean , cozy and great location!

  I was from out of state and worked there at UT 9-9-26 for 3 days. I am a Best Western Hotel member so I asked for membership prices. $140 not bad it was a nice hotel. I asked about coffee and they said in the back. I went looking for it and found all the necessities sugar and creamer ect. But no coffee pot. Checked in and unpacked then started paperwork and tried making coffee and had to call down to front desk and coffee maker was broke in room. Woke up the next morning and me and other people wanted coffee and upset about breakfast not open doors up at least 10 or 15 minutes early. waited 30 min til 7:05 and they finally open doors for breakfast. Suppose to be at jobsite at 7. Asked for coffee and they said it was out in lobby I said no it was broke. So grabbed a banana and left. Next morning was same so grabbed a to go bag. Looked in it and had a water and granola bar. I laughed and said for $140 I should at least get a banana. They said I know right. You have to wait til doors open. I don't have time. Then I try to print some papers off and printer didn't work. I asked for a manager and they told me I will be contacted. 3 days gone by and no contact.

  If I started reviewing hotels regularly… oh the stories I could tell. But here we are, because Aiden Austin City Hotel decided to be actually good. This quirky, eclectic stay was SO fun. Like… what is happening here and why do I love it? The tucked away jacuzzi and hammock area? 10/10 hideout energy. You kinda wander, take a wrong turn, and suddenly you’re in a chill little oasis. Not mad about it. Pool, gym, solid. Service was great across the board. And the restaurant? Yummy. No notes. Location is clutch. Super central and close to all the downtown chaos but just far enough that you can escape it when you’re done pretending you have energy past 9pm. The whole place leans into this artsy, slightly chaotic, I Dream of Jeannie meets Austin weird vibe. Bright colors, funky wallpaper, music legends everywhere. It shouldn’t work but it does. Also… you can absolutely get lost here. And I weirdly loved that. Felt like a little maze with better lighting and cocktails nearby. Fun fact because I love a glow up: this spot started as a 1970s roadside-style hotel and went through a few identities before becoming the first U.S. Aiden property. Now it’s out here living its best quirky boutique life. Would I come back? Yeah. No hesitation.
