My daughter and I stayed at this hotel not too long ago And we were very pleased with our stay. The Room was very clean, The bed comfortable, the breakfast delicious but what I was most impressed by or what I most appreciated Was the young man at the front counter, Joshua. Even though it was close to 1 AM in the morning by the time we arrived he was there to open the door for us , with a smile on his face. Not only did he welcome us in, He offered to help us with our luggage , Made sure that we had everything we needed, and even offered us a wake up call so that we wouldn’t sleep thru breakfast. My daughter and I travel through that area all the time and we’ve never stayed there before, we’ve always gone straight through to Texarkana and gotten a room there, but we will be back. it was quiet , well lit and we felt safe there which is a priceless feeling to have anywhere nowadays!

The lobby smells like weed. The hotel has clearly gotten some upgrades since I stayed last, about 3 years ago, but be careful, it’s not in a great neighborhood. The upstairs rooms are only accessible by stairs, so if you’re needing accommodations that are wheelchair accessible, make sure you ask for a 1st floor room.

This place was *so close* to being a 5-star stay… like, flirting-with-perfection close. The room? Spacious. Clean. Comfortable. The bed? Slept like a dream wrapped in fresh sheets and good decisions. But here’s where the plot twisted: At check-in, I was asked if I had a “floor preference.” What they *didn’t* mention was that choosing a higher floor comes with a complimentary StairMaster workout… because there is NO elevator. Now normally, this wouldn’t bother me. But I’m currently nursing an injury from a fall, so a full flight of stairs at 9PM was absolutely not the adventure I had in mind. There should seriously be some kind of mandatory disclosure about this. Not everyone is signing up for surprise cardio after a long day of travel. So yes, lovely hotel… but also unexpectedly part-time fitness retreat. How hard is it to disclose with the floor preference that there is NO ELEVATOR???

This hotel is by far the best in town. What I Appreciated the most was the front desk agent who I Absolutely loved. He was very professional, Extremely friendly, and even offered to help bring my bags up to my room, Nice to know That chivalry still exist in young men. You know all hotels at the end of the day are the same. There’s a room , a bed, a bathroom, some towels, and a couple of pillows etc But what makes a hotel are the people that work there the service that you get and they care that they give to you. Let’s just say I felt very taken care of. A big thank you to the young man at the front. Jason or Josh I can’t remember, but he was absolutely wonderful. Can’t wait to go back!

My stay was on April 9, 2027. Only 1 adult for 1 night. All room doors are inside the building. A key card is needed to return to the inside of building once you exit unless you enter through the registration area.Check is was easy. The clerk gave precise directions to room and was extremely friendly. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was served the next morning. I enjoyed yogurt with choice of many toppings, hot waffles and sausage. Many other choices were available. Check out was simple and courteous. I would recommend and most definitely stay here again.
