  Shower curtain was moldy, shower didn't drain, bathroom floor tiles were super dirty, dust piled in corners, sheets/duvet had some suspicious spots. One of the pillows was pretty discolored.

  El servicio deja que desear. Las habitaciones no fueron limpiadas durante la estadía. Y cuando nos fuimos, a las 10:am nos olvidamos unos souveniers y no nos dejaron volver a la habitación ni mandaron a alguien a buscarlos.

  My stay at this hotel in Arlington, Texas was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a long time. I stayed for two nights, and after the first night, my room was never cleaned. When I reported the issue to the hotel manager, I was shocked by his response. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, he simply told me there was nothing he could do about it. He then suggested that if I wanted clean towels, I could come down to the front desk and pick them up myself because he did not have the time to bring them to my room or address the housekeeping issue. To make matters worse, when I went downstairs to get the towels, there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for more than 10 minutes before anyone showed up. The employee eventually appeared coming from one of the guest rooms carrying towels in his hands. There was no explanation, no apology, and no sense of urgency. The lack of customer service was unacceptable. Housekeeping failed to do its job, management showed no interest in resolving the problem, and the overall attitude of the staff was indifferent and unprofessional. A clean room and basic customer service are fundamental expectations when staying at any hotel. Unfortunately, this property failed on both counts. I would not recommend this hotel and would certainly not stay here again.

  Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and most of the staff were very nice and responsible. The front desk employees were polite and helpful, which I appreciated. However, I’m giving 3 stars because of one lady working there. I’m not sure what her position was, but her attitude was very unprofessional. I was downstairs sitting in one of the chairs working on my phone, and she was loudly yelling and screaming at employees in front of guests. It made the environment uncomfortable for everyone around. She also came over to where I had my purse and asked me to move it, but not in a polite or respectful way. There was no “excuse me” or kindness in how she spoke. Because of the noise and attitude, I ended up leaving the lobby and continuing my work in my room. The day before, I asked her for a travel toothbrush, and she again had an attitude before giving it to me. She questioned me repeatedly about my room number and name as if it was a major issue just to get a toothbrush. I don’t know that person’s name but it was an Indian lady. I guess she was a manager or boss who ever she was but she had a lot of ego for sure. I understand staff have responsibilities, but employees should be treated with respect, and guests should feel comfortable. Everyone else at the hotel was kind and professional, which is why I still gave 3 stars.

  The rooms definitely need a remodel. The room we stayed in looks like it had severe water damage from the ceiling that they just painted over. The hotel was overall quiet and accommodating. Great value for the location.
