  My room was fine except for the ceiling needs work, there were ceiling particles on my bed when I walked in the first time. The bed was actually comfortable but the pillows were not

  Not very quiet. Highway very close by. Our room has a tree outside it and we listened to the branches hitting it in the wind. The windows have obvious leaks as they are built up in between with mold and calcium. The window shade is extremely nasty from absorbing water. Luckily we did not have to see it in the dark. IHG you're better than this!

  Do NOT waste your money here. It’s run down, dirty, cars getting broken in to in the parking lot. Glass everywhere in the back row of the parking lot from broken windows, some lady was filing a police report for a break in to her truck while we were there and if that wasn’t bad enough the parking lots full of their shuttle vans which they refuse to move when there’s not a single parking spot to park in.

  I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Arlington North – Stadium Area. From the moment I arrived, my experience went downhill. When I checked into my room, it was freezing cold. I tried adjusting the thermostat, only to discover it was broken. I called the front desk and was told the only way to accommodate me was to move me to another room. While I appreciated being offered another room, what I walked into next was completely unacceptable. The second room was not just dirty, it was filthy. There was a pill lying on the floor, trash scattered throughout the room, and the shower was dirty. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected before being assigned to a guest. By that point, it was late, I was exhausted from traveling for business, and I honestly didn't want to deal with the attitude I had already experienced from the gentleman at the front desk. Thankfully, I always travel with cleaning supplies, so I cleaned the room myself just so I could get some rest. No paying guest should ever have to clean their own hotel room, especially after being moved because of maintenance issues. This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. My employer attends a job fair in Arlington every year, and we've stayed in this area before. After this experience, we will not be staying at this hotel again. I cannot recommend this property based on the lack of cleanliness, poor room maintenance, and disappointing customer service.

  Shower curtain was moldy, shower didn't drain, bathroom floor tiles were super dirty, dust piled in corners, sheets/duvet had some suspicious spots. One of the pillows was pretty discolored.
