  We booked here so we could walk to the wedding venue next door. The room was very nice although a few corners needing patching. The halls smelled a bit like bug spray - which since others had ants and a roach it probably needed. The lady checking us in got short when I asked a question. the lady checking us out actually walked outside with us to show us how to talk to the IHOP. Be sure to get the free parking pass.

  We booked through T-Mobile travel and got a great price. Check in was quick and simple. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and the bed was super comfortable! With all the traffic, it took almost an hour to get from AT&T stadium to the hotel but I figured that it would.

  Honestly, as a member this is probably the most disappointing stay I’ve had with Holiday Inn. Price was not worth the stay, I actually checked out early. I did not want to stay longer than I needed. I had a room on the 1st floor & it reeked of mildew. Cool air was not circulating in the room upon entry & there’s no visible effective ventilation in the bathroom, which made the room stuffy. The heavy mildewy smell that smacks you in the face doesn’t feel safe or comfortable to sleep in. Everything in the room felt thrifted, from the old stenchy carpet to the curbside accent chair in the corner of the room. This place could use a serious face lift. Additional amenities at the hotel seemed decent, but I was so put off by my room, I didn’t feel they worth exploring. Apart from my room, the location of the hotel is very convenient & the service from the receptionist was good. I think with some upgrades to cleanliness, HVAC, ventilation, carpeting, furniture, interior colors, and generally everything , this place could feel inviting & cozy. And don’t get me started on the parking fee. I hate that hotels started this new thing where they charge you for parking.. as if incidentals, lodging , and other fees aren’t already enough.. I genuinely don’t understand it. Why?

  Great location if you plan to visit the AT&T Stadium or Texas Live. Just an average experience nothing special about the hotel and the food was just average as well. However, this location was selected because we were told they provide a shuttle service to and from the stadium only to find out it came with a fee. Was also told they provided a shuttle service to and from the airport only later to find out it was only during a particular timeframe. But this information wasn’t known to me prior to booking as I asked and didn’t receive the proper response. Oh it’s a fee to park on the property. Bed was uncomfortable, tv is a 16 inch, a/c barely works, and fridge is loud.
