  El Hotel tiene muy buena ubicación sobre todo si vas a asistir a alguno de los estadios o al sixflags, también tiene vías accesibles para visitar Dallas o Fortworth, las habitaciones en general se ven limpias, la alberca es techada, al entrar al cuarto de la alberca se siente mucho calor, el agua de la alberca se notaba un poco sucia.

  Unfortunately, our recent stay was disappointing due to several cleanliness and service issues. The A/C in our room did not work well, making the room uncomfortable. Even more concerning, when we looked at the actual window A/C unit, it appeared to have a significant amount of mold inside and looked like it had not been properly cleaned or maintained in quite some time. This was especially concerning from a cleanliness and health standpoint. We also requested extra towels from the front desk. The employee told us she would have them brought to our room, but they never arrived. Housekeeping also came in to clean our room, but we were confused to find that only one of the two beds had been made. If the room is being serviced, I would expect both beds to be made and the entire room to be properly attended to. Overall, the hotel could greatly improve its housekeeping, maintenance, and follow-through with guest requests. The condition of the A/C unit was by far the most concerning part of our stay and should be addressed immediately.

  Uncomfortably hot throughout common areas, unrepaired damages to rooms. Restaurant doesn't adhere to posted hours. Staff was very nice and competent. Trolly service was very helpful

  Didn't have a great stay. The entire hotel was hot, including the lobby & elevator. We needed more towels but was told they ran out. All ice machines were broken. Fridge did not stay cold. Charger station in room did not hold the charger; kept falling out. Not the best experience.

  11:00前に着いたので、荷物だけ預けてストックヤーズへでも出掛けて、夜にチェックインしようと思っていたら、すぐにチェックインできますよ。とカードキーを渡してもらった。驚くべきことに追加フィーも請求されなかった。翌日は近傍のAT&TスタジアムでW杯のダラスでの初戦である日本対オランダ戦があるため，料金は1人一泊約6万円とこのクラスではあり得ない価格！でしたが、まあW杯価格なので仕方ないなと思いました。部屋は掃除が行き届いていました。間接照明が全体に暗いのは気になりましたが滞在中特に気になることはありませんでした。チェックアウト後のDFW空港までの無料シャトルバスは、17:00出発の予定がホテルへ到着したのが17:35と大幅に遅れました。余裕を持ってプランした方が良さそうです。ホテル徒歩2分のところに朝食をいただけるレストランI HOPもあるので安く済ませるのにおすすめです。
