Elevators and hallways are filthy, and the rooms aren’t much better. Stains everywhere and the occasional bug. Housekeeping apparently doesn’t automatically schedule like most hotels, I was there for 10 days and they only showed up once when I called to request it the night before. She was at least friendly when she did come in. Also if you plan on sleeping at all be sure to get a top floor room, people love to stomp around until 2am but that’s not really the hotel’s fault. One good note is the AC in at least my room was excellent, I nearly froze a couple times.

We recently stayed here and was very disappointed! Cock roach on the counter by the coffee pot, ketchup stains on the wall next to the trash can, urine on curtin and carpet in sleeping area the odor was bad, no parking space we had to park on fire lane which worried me, I confronted the front desk clerk regarding the nasty room and showed her picture of cock roach, she didn't try to switch us to another room to accommodate our stay, and she assured us that it was ok to park in fire lane. Again, Very Disappointed with our stay here at this hotel in Amarillo Texas.

This hotel experience was horrible after finding cockroaches in our room along with food particles on walls, dog urine with a horrible smell that we had to endure all night. After sending an email to both the hotel manager and general manager neither one contacted me. They charge a lot of money for dirty roach infested rooms with horrible customer service.

Was a nice clean place reasonably priced. The breakfast was pretty good, onsight laundry was a great amenity, pool was great , gym was there at least a few more things in it would of been good but better than most, and they let me do a free late checkout i desperately needed due to some medical issues. Thank you!

Hope this review helps with your decision to stay at this hotel. I was here for a week on a business trip with coworkers.
Good: Pets allowed, heard barking throughout the hour and was given the ability to move to another room. Breakfast was fresh, clean and tasty. Gym was clean.
Bad: Flushed toilet and smelled like sewage. Odor in room, smell like cigarette and marijuana. Refrigerator had to be unplugged overnight, sounded like a constant weed-eater. Rooms were very unkept. Wiped countertops with Clorox wipes, extremely dirty. Stains on floor and furniture, in addition to being torn. Bedding/pillows appeared to be used. Pushed mattress toward footboard to check for bedbugs, to find hair/dust/crumbs (handful) just beneath the pillows. No USB ports, bring block for an attachment. Tub extremely dirty and mildew on ceiling exposed. Bring shower shoes. Lastly, pool was more of a green tint than blue, appeared to be unkept as well.
