- CFCory ForrestAug 11, 20263.0Great location, great breakfast and very, very comfortable bed. Housekeeping and front desk staff are mediocre. Spoke to Joe at the front desk after my wife found what looks like crumbs in our bed. We removed the top sheet, took it the front desk and Joe stated that we would be compensated by adding points to my IHG account. Well, the points were never added. I have been an IHG member for years and points are added immediately. Amarillo is our half way point when traveling to northern Colorado/southern Wyoming from San Antonio and if we can't trust the staff, why would we stay there again?

- JJJimAug 1, 20261.0The pool doesn’t say anything about closing at 10pm and we paid for the pool and hot tub use but was denied use. Nothing posted about closing time either. This morning woke up with a little spider in my bed. Customer beware. On top of all this you also have no gun signs hanging on your front door and Americans should consider your hotel unsafe.
- GGGeorgeJul 23, 20261.0First, let me say that I rarely ever leave a review but this time I had to. Pros: The front desk staff was super nice. The location was awesome for what we needed and very pet friendly. BUT, the CONS: The hotel is EXTREMELY loud. The walls are PAPER thin. I literally had a family with a baby screaming next to me, on the other side I heard a whole phone conversation that dident end till 0100 am and then what seemed like bigfoot walking above me. The room has a really bad Old/Musty smell to it. The AC is very very loud. I know the hotel can’t help the people being loud but a renovation of the walls, floors, ac, and smell is in their control. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
