Rooms are filthy! Dust on furniture. Trash in hidden places. Stains on bed. No bed skirt. Not enough towels. Room smelled funky. Someone’s leftover food still in fridge. And worst of all, pubic hairs ALL OVER the bath tub and floors!!! I’m taking this information to corporate.

I went to breakfast at 0830, placed the do not disturb sign on the door. When I got back with over an hour to check out the bed was stripped and the linen was thrown between our bags on the counter. We dont place the bags where they might pick up something so this was a major issue. They also threw out the bag we store our night light for the bathroom in. We had to search the trash to find it. This is unacceptable. They should not enter a room before checkout time with a do not disturb sign on it. About the hotel: It is raining and I think the hotel is sinking. It is taking on water. There were over 6 trash cans catching some of the water in the breakfast area. I had pointed out 2 more leaks before we left the breakfast area.

Bliss, the night clerk, helped us out immensely. We had been on the road all day and were tired and grouchy. The first room we had had an issue, so we swapped rooms. The second room had an issue, and she helped again. Thank you for making our stay a little bit more cozy and going above and beyond!

Plenty of parking space and very clean. Looks almost brand new. Breakfast was great also.
