  I had to postpone my stay by one week due to a personal emergency and tried to explain my situation. The receptionist promised that the manager would call me back to discuss a potential refund, but I never received that call. When I called them back myself, I was spoken to very rudely and told I would not get a refund—even though I still plan to stay at this exact hotel next week. The management completely lacks basic human hospitality and compassion. I no longer feel comfortable staying here and absolutely do not recommend this hotel. UPDATE (Oct 12):After I posted my initial review, the hotel replied on Google asking me to call them directly to "discuss my concerns". It was completely performative. I called on the 12th as they requested and was connected to the manager. She was just as incredibly rude as before. Despite explaining my personal emergency again, she flatly refused any refund or consideration. They clearly only replied to my review to look good publicly. They had absolutely no intention of helping me or showing basic human compassion. Don't waste your time calling them back if they comment on your review—they do not value your time or your business. Still absolutely do not recommend.

  This was the last stop on our western excursion and by the time we reached it, we were weary from driving. The staff was very accommodating and the property, while older, was well maintained. The proximity to dining options was a plus and the breakfast bar was one of the best we saw on our entire trip. The only drawback was a lack of hot water.

  Manager Priscilla was incredibly difficult. I booked the wrong date on accident and immediately called (15 minutes later) to change it, only to be told she's never available on the weekends. I called again Monday and she was unavailable again. I called Wednesday and they promised she would return my call that afternoon. She did not. I finally got in touch with her Friday (notably, she admitted that she was left a message with my name and number, but she did not reach out) only to be told that the reservation was "no-show," making any changes impossible. Well of course after a week of trying to contact you, the "window" has passed to make changes. Convenient. She talked over me on the phone and took no responsibility for being impossible to reach for six days (five business days). Save yourself the trouble!
