  Rooms: while aged, paint scratched all over the place, the rolling chair-why do they even provide one, it's near falling apart. The beds-clean but so damn high, short people need a running jump. Service: The people are AWESOME! But for what your paying, the breakfast is charged to guests? There is at least a Keurig for coffee, but only if you bring your own and don't want to go gown stairs, tea only, we are not in the UK. For a "full" service hotel(?), please explain. Location: super close to doctor office, BUT, again, as a full service hotel, you would think there would be proper parking. Heavy equipment taking up 4-8 parking space, asphalt missing in chunks, not included the metor impact site. Spaces are not, NOT, defined, it's a free-for-all. I would suggest this only as a last ditch effort. Workout room-out of all the IHG properties have stayed at, this one needs help. Broken equipment, and maybe make sure your medical records are up to date. The elevator- you could mix drinks in it.

  The beds are as firm as concrete. The service was great, the people were awesome. My biggest complaint is that the website advertises that this location has EV charging on site. It does, but it is restricted to Tesla owners only. I had to drive across town to charge, and it was closer to another Holiday Inn.

  It has been over a month since my stay. I still have not received a refund. Meet one of the managers is the most unprofessional people i have spoken to. He has called me a liar and has hung up on me. I will never stay here again. I have never had this bad of an issue with a hotel. Update. It has almost been a month since my stay and I still have not received a refund! My daughter and I stayed April 17-18. They said on checking out that my debit card didn’t go through. I thought maybe my bank had put a hold on my card since they didn’t know I was traveling. I gave them my credit card. I realized Tuesday the 21st that both of my cards were charged. I have been trying to get a refund to one of the cards. I have been getting the go around for 3 weeks now. At first the evening manager argued with me saying they only charged one of my cards. I offered to send the screen shots of the 2 separate charges. I still have not received my money.

  Very disappointed on this place spent allot to stay here. Had to ask for towels,did not clean room after I told them yes wanted cleaned bc we spent the weekend. Elevators hurt me n my daugther n staff did not help us either. Do not stay here. I am still waiting for call back from owner n its been over a month n won't reimburse us or refund or offer 2 night stay again. We spent over 400 for 2 night's. Ridiculous

  This hotel has awful service. We were traveling with a group and the travel agency booked this hotel months ago for just 1 night. Apparently the person that took the travel agencies reservation quit 3 weeks prior to our arrival and supposedly didn't share the reservation information. Our tour guide called ahead 3 times prior to our arrival with no answer. When we showed up, our rooms were not ready. We had a dinner reservation and gave them 2 hours to get our reservation in order and get room keys. When we got back from our dinner reservation 2 hours later, they still didnt have room keys ready. When people started getting their rooms, some people were given keys to occupied rooms. I'm sure those families were surprised. When we finally got to our room the shower looked like it was never cleaned. There was men's facial hair all over the shower wall. The hallway on the 4th floor smelled like sewage. The gym had missing dumbell weights, a broken treadmill, and no air on. We have stayed in a lot of hotels along route 66 over the last week and this was by far the worst. If you're thinking about staying at this hotel, just don't. There's plenty of other options in the area that are mich better.
