  Alexa at the front desk absolutely made my stay amazing! ❤️ I had a horrible experience at the property next door, and Alexa went above and beyond to make things right—even though what happened wasn’t her fault at all. Her kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service truly made a difference. She turned a frustrating experience into a great one, and I’m so grateful for her. Management should know what an amazing employee they have! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The team also handled a billing issue involving my service animal immediately and professionally, which I truly appreciated. Everyone was kind, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service from the whole front desk team! They deserve recognition for making my stay absolutely amazing. ❤️

  Rolled in at midnight. Lobby is super dim. 1 elevator working. 1st door key didnt work. 2nd door key didnt work. Put in another room. Obviously water damaged. Brought to Carlos's attention and he said that they are remodeling. New owner has only had for 1 year. Like that is a valid excuse....why is a water damaged room being rented ever? So exhausted just passed out. Will choose a neighbor property next time.

  Easily the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. Will never come back to this dumpster fire of a hotel. I stayed 2 nights and had to get 4 different key cards activated because they stopped working randomly. No restaurant because the cook quit, the tv in the bar doesnt work and they dont even have bottled water in the joke of a 24 hour snack area.

  It seems like this place and the area it is in used to be much nicer. The number one sense you get when you arrive is NEGLECT. From the guy at the counter who seems nice enough but is repeatedly apologizing for everything, from the broken-down hot tub to only one elevator working. He doesn't mention that the jacuzzi in the suite you rented is busted and doesn't work or that there is some kind of weird green gunk growing in the sink. You find that out as you take the one working elevator up to your room, and it makes questionable noises all the way up. Your room keys work once. You have to go back to the counter multiple times, and every time your key stops working, you have to go again. One of those times you are going to get bedding for your kids because they gave you a four-person suite with bedding for only one person. He says he is literally the only one working at night, so I need to go get the bedding myself. When I arrive, he only has one set of sheets and says sorry, but that's all they have. I decide I will buy a drink and a treat for my kids, and the snack center is barren; half the spaces where there should be something are empty. Of course, the two main reasons we picked this hotel are my kids' two favorite things: Swimming in the pool and the breakfast buffet. But the pool is not only cold, but my kids describe it as slimy and cloudy. They wear goggles but can't see their hands in front of their faces. They don't swim for long. Well, at least we have breakfast to look forward to. Morning comes, and it turns out the "breakfast guy" called in sick, and breakfast is canceled. The lady at the counter in the morning is very apologetic, but constantly having to apologize for the dilapidated and badly run hotel she works at seems to be her world. I feel bad for her. They give me a 15% discount for my troubles. If it's not clear by now, I would not recommend this place. If you do go here, just expect to be repeatedly disappointed.
