Let me start off with Valerie (front desk lady) was great and very helpful. Now, I will say for the money they are charging, this Holiday Inn needs to do better. While it is nice, here are a few things that need addressing. In our room, some of the tiles on the floor you can feel shift or are cracked, the carpet is pulling up where it meets the tile, the toilet didn't work and we had to fix it, the toilet paper holder wont hold the roll, the shower faucet looks broke, water doesn't get very hot, the sink barely drains your toothpaste spit, and the air vent in the bathroom looks like it has never been cleaned...gross. The place was just all around kinda dirty. There was someone's soda pop stain on the wall that didn't get cleaned. One of the rooms pull out beds had a blood stain on it. Then they want to charge $15 for a breakfast that should be free and is just ok. Most of the other Holiday Inns I have stayed at this type of breakfast is free. In talking with one of the other residents staying there, he mentioned he had to search 3 different floors for ice...pretty fitting. Please lower your rates or make an effort to look at your rooms as a whole and start fixing or replacing items that are clearly needing attention to justify the rate. This just shows a lack of care and laziness from the staff and the company. Thankfully, if it wasn't for Valerie's kindness and attitude we may have considered going elsewhere.

Elena went above and beyond to make sure my family had a comfortable stay. Coming into a hotel late at night is never a favorite, she was kind and helpful, making sure myself and my small children had what was needed.

This was a nice, clean hotel. Plan on eating before entering the city though. There are a select few restaurants near the hotel that are always busy due to the distance to the airport.

I’m a bit torn about my stay. When we first arrived, the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. However, after the next shift came in, the employee we interacted with was rude and seemed very nonchalant, which definitely changed our experience. When we entered the room, the heater had been left on, making the room feel stuffy with an unpleasant smell. It took quite a while for the room to cool down. We picked up food from Wendy’s across the street, but unfortunately discovered that the mini fridge wasn’t working, which was disappointing. There were some positives, though. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and there was plenty of hot water. I was also pleasantly surprised by the shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap provided they smelled amazing and actually left my hair feeling great. The room could definitely use some maintenance. The wallpaper was peeling and falling off the walls, and the shower curtain was ripped, making the room look worn and less inviting. One thing to be aware of is that this hotel is not pet-friendly. We didn’t realize that when booking and had to make last-minute arrangements for our pet, which added unnecessary stress to our trip. Overall, there were a few things we appreciated, but the maintenance issues, broken mini fridge, and inconsistent customer service made this a mixed experience.

The room was clean and odorless which was a plus. The breakfast was decent but if its not included in your hotel room price then its not worth 15 bucks. I dont understand how this hotel is so nice and even has a bar but yet the TV had like 15 channels and was not a smart TV.
