  I stayed here a few weeks back and it was quite possibly the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had - and I travel a lot. First, there was a large bug in the room when we arrived. I thought little of it because it’s summer and it’s hot and bugs just end up inside. After looking around the rest of the room, it was just completely old and dilapidated. There was rust all over the bathroom, paint peeling in places. Just a run down hotel. Then, when we went to use the TV, it automatically opens to where you can log into Netflix and all the other streaming…but that didn’t work because it wasn’t connected to the internet. We called the front desk who called the manager and apparently that service “wasn’t hooked up yet. You just have to watch normal cable.” Obviously, this was a horrid experience so I emailed with guest services to inquire about a refund and they sent me the email or the property manager who would handle refunds. They also opened a ticket. I emailed the manager three times with no response. I checked back in with guest services and lo and behold the manager, Amit, closed the ticket without ever contacting me. I have now canceled all future stays with IHG and will not be staying with them again. Just a horrible experience.

  I’ve never been this disappointed with a hotel brand. Unfortunately, this experience left such a bad impression that I will not be choosing IHG again. Save yourself the headache and avoid this location and brand overall!

  Terrible.. I told them that the room had a bad smell, and they gave me the key to another room that was even worse.

  Extremely Disappointing Stay This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays my family has experienced. We arrived around 11 PM after a 5-hour drive with our 8-year-old daughter and 1-year-old son. The lobby smelled strongly of marijuana. I reported it to the front desk and contacted Expedia at 11:30 PM; they documented the complaint and notified the manager. The first room was unacceptable. The bathroom had significant rust/corrosion, blackened and deteriorated caulking, damaged surfaces, and areas that appeared to have mold/mildew, as shown in the photos. The carpet was extremely dirty and sticky. After our daughter walked barefoot on it, her feet were visibly brown/black from dirt and residue. The next morning, staff refused to refund the night or cancel our second night. We were moved to another room that was only slightly better. The second room had an ant problem. After our 1-year-old dropped a tiny piece of cookie, an entire trail/cluster of ants gathered around it within about 10 minutes. After a long drive with two young children, dealing with marijuana odor, poor cleanliness, deteriorated bathroom conditions, filthy carpet, ants, and an unwillingness to provide a reasonable resolution was extremely disappointing. This was a serious cleanliness, maintenance, pest-control, and customer-service failure. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

  The rooms are a little dated, but the service and location were great. Very friendly and helpful staff.
