  Quick check in and out. Room was good the price we booked. It has shampoo, conditioner and shop. We can request for tooth paste brush, comb etc. free breakfast time 7-9AM.

  Due to not being able to afford a $250 deposit they would not refund my money.....went through hotwire and they where no help as well $250 deposit is crazy on top of that called and was told they would refund it but then hot wire called and they refused it ....so I had no place to stay and had to stay in my car when starting a new job in the morning.....sorry customer service would not recommend this place customer service is horrable and they have no compassion for anyone they only want your money.....wish I could give No stars so call the next dat to be told manager is not in she's at lunch from 8 am to 5pm.....sad unprofessional and total disrespectful

  Not a place I would ever book for sure didn’t mean to book this place it’s NASTY! I need my money back asap! I am requesting a full refund for my reservation because the information listed on your website was inaccurate. I understand that the reservation was marked as non-refundable, but that policy should not apply when a customer books based on incorrect or misleading information. When I arrived at the hotel, the property confirmed they were unable to issue a refund without Priceline's authorization. Because the listing did not accurately represent the reservation, I chose not to stay. I should not be expected to pay for accommodations that I did not use due to incorrect information provided during the booking process. I work hard for my money, and it is not fair to be charged for a service I could not use because of inaccurate information on your website. I respectfully request that Priceline review my case and issue a full refund. If this matter cannot be resolved, I am prepared to pursue all available options to dispute the charge and seek a fair resolution. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

  Do NOT stay at this hotel. The GM is racist and treats people with huge disrespect. I prepaid to stay another night and she told me to come down; check-out and check in again. After receiving the call, I came down in about 30-44 minutes on my way to dinner. When I arrived at the front desk, she was flustered and completely forgot she called me and told me to do that and unprepared to do what she asked me to do. I did not want to be late to my dinner plans nearby. Seeing that she happen to forget she called me and not prepared to do what she asked me to do, I said I have dinner reservations I cannot be late for; I’ll do this check-out/check-in when I get back from dinner. In my mind, this couldn’t be that important because I’ve already prepaid for the night side. She came after me aggressively as I’m walking out to go to my dinner and threaten to cancel my paid reservation with my personal belongings still in the room for which have paid for. I told her don’t touch my belongings. After dinner with a friend and knowing I’ve been disrespected by this person on multiple occasions, I asked him to come in and be a witness. He witness the attack on me and verbal threats/abuse. Police came and she me false accusations; refused to give me back ALL my personal belongings. I told her I’ve already contacted corporate before I left for dinner and she is being investigated. For her to further escalate things only made matters worse. I’m so glad the police arrived and documented everything. They didn’t arrest me for her false accusations. Afterwards, I contacted corporate again and asked them to review the security cameras of what exactly happened and the multiple times she attacked me. Let’s see the outcome of the investigation. I hope she gets fired!!!!! Absolute WORST GM of a hotel I have ever stayed at. I wonder how many other people she has mistreated. Truth will prevail. She withheld this package that was clearly delivered to me in my name by Amazon. I’ve also contacted Amazon and informed them the front desk received my package but refused to give it to me. From there, I moved downtown to The Pittman Hotel, which is more in line with my standard of customer service. They welcome me and my dog with huge open arms, a complimentary drink. It’s been so enjoyable, peaceful, relaxing. Stay far away from this hotel.
