  I wish there was a zero star option. Let's start with 350 a night for a basic room. Toilet will not flush without adjusting the float each use. Bathtub drain takes an hour. No sink stopper No overflow cover No fan cover Bugs Front desk says all maintenance is done by the front desk clerk. Staying here for 2 weeks. Room will not be cleaned and no sheet changes. Towels replaced 1 at a time if requested. Pool broken Hot tub broken Laundry room broken Gym broken Fire escape door broken Side entrance door broken Light bulbs burnt out Window shade ripped and tattered. Stay here if you have no other options. My room is booked by my company but is part of my income. Im doing all I can to never come here again.

  Over $300 a night for a room that smelled like old stale smoke, a TV that doesn’t work, and a shower with less water pressure than the spout from my fridge. At one point the shower water pressure was so bad the water stopped coming out of the shower head completely. Key card didn’t work for the gym, room had outlets that didn’t work, etc. I’ve seen better quality at motels

  Sept. 12, Over all I must say the room was OK. My biggest issue was that shortly after I checkd In and getting ready to go out to dinner the sink was full of little bleack ants.... I wiped them off with wet paper and killed as many as I could before I left. When I got back, there they were again. I took my bath, cleaned up the sink again, and took my cosmatices out for the night. Next moring, there they were again. I believe they were coming in through the overflow hole/drain in the sink. That's the type of thing that can make a joyfull stay sicking. Now, the hotel is NOT a cheap hotel, surely for what they charged me, over $200.00 for one night. I complained to the teller out fornt before I checked out and he got a copy of the picture and was going to show it to his manager. Today Sept. 17, and have not heard from anyone. I asked that he tell the manager I expected some type of discount for the night stay. Totaly Unexceptable for the Name it pretends to carry.

  One of the worst most disgusting hotel. We left 5 minutes after we got there. It looks like several of the doors have been broken into. We felt very unsafe. Nasty stains on the bedding. Very old and rundown. They refused to refund us and it was so expensive. But I wouldn't dare have my family stay for safety reasons. When we asked about the doors they acted clueless. We asked them if they would worry when they went home if their door looked like that. They made ridiculous excuses. There are motels surrounding this area. All very downhill. I'm very disappointed with the IHG chain for allowing this to be considered one of their hotels. Do not book this place. It's horrible.
