  stayed at this motel a few times over the last year and every single time they have no soap in the room and the body wash is filled with lotion, have even went to the front desk to get soap and the one they give me was lotion in a hand soap bottle. And the worse part is she said im sorry your not the first person that's told us this. They are also the only ihg that uses a sharpie to put dates on the bottles. I finally said the heck with it I'll use shampoo as body wash (im bald btw) so never use shampoo and it was 90% water. This is probably the worse ihg I've ever stayed at and way over priced at best should be half the price.

  After staying at your hotel I see why you have all the negative reviews and I will add to that as well. My experience started great as I was put on the first floor , Got to my room and it was unlocked and open which seemed kinda of sketchy. Was unable to turn on the tv and then with help from the front desk employee i could turn the tv on but no volume control or ability to turn off without unplugging the power cord. The toilet bowl had not been cleaned. What a pleasant surprise this morning in the shower when there was no shampoo or body wash then got out of the shower to get hand soap to shower with and was empty as well. I have stayed thousands of nights at over 300 different IHG properties and you are in the top 5 of the worst ones. I will not be staying at your hotel again. Not sure how management and ownership sleep at night operating a hotel like that trying to save a few pennies.

  This is quite literally the worst hotel I have ever been in as someone who takes 5 to 8 trips per year, both business and personal. Not only is everything soiled, scuffed, and dirty, the rooms have roaches, and some of the safety locks are not present on the doors. I’m a corporate traveler and have removed them as our preferred hotel, I would never recommend anyone staying at this place the front desk staff is next to miserable and are not accommodating at all. The best place to stay is the home two suites on Scottish Road. Do not stay at a Holiday Inn express in Abilene

  Not a very clean place to be the bathroom wasn't very clean and hair and a brown tub. Noticed the pillows looked a little yellow,stripped the bedding down, they but clean bedding on top of dirty pillow protectors and dirty mattress pad. The pillows themselves were so yellow and stained. Housekeeping needs to change out all the stained items. Front Desk lady was very polite gave us new bedding but our new sheets were even stained, didnt wanna go back down had to get out baby to bed.I hated to complain I work in Housekeeping at another location, I would have never let them room pass inspection as guest ready.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!! This place is awful! I wish I had read the reviews before I booked my room for 5 nights. 2 of the 5 days I did not receive any housekeeping services. When brought to the owner’s attention, they stated they have pictures showing the room was serviced. Well, I have pictures that it wasn’t! The washers and dryers were out of order, the pool was green and disgusting due to “being closed until summer” (per the owner). The metal fixtures are corroded and the blinds are water stained even though the website states it is “recently renovated”.
