  This hotel delivered one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and I feel obligated to warn others. The stay started with a major safety issue: our room door lock wouldn’t engage at all. Not partially, not inconsistently — it simply did not lock. When we reported it, the front desk told us there were no other rooms available, as if a non‑locking door was something a family should just tolerate. Then we discovered the pool was out of service, with no notice posted anywhere. Another basic amenity unavailable, and again, no communication or attempt to make up for it. Just another disappointment stacked on top of a safety failure. When we asked for a refund so we could leave and stay somewhere secure, the front desk suddenly “found” rooms available after insisting there were none. Their solution? Offering a single king bed for a family of four. Completely unreasonable and honestly insulting. To make matters worse, we were told we had to wait around indefinitely for a supervisor who wouldn’t answer the phone to decide whether a refund was even possible. No timeline, no accountability, no urgency — just total disregard for the guests dealing with their mistakes. This hotel failed on safety, amenities, honesty, and basic customer service. I would strongly advise avoiding this place. The experience was chaotic, dismissive, and absolutely unacceptable.

  As a diamond elite member This place is a dump. Do not stay here. Checked in the room wasn’t even cleaned thoroughly. This is the comforter upon check in, there was a dirty sock on the floor by the bed and the shower had black stains on the walls and no toilet paper was available. The WiFi was also not working. I called the front desk the poor lady was new and had no clue what she was doing. Stated her manager was out of state and was in a different time zone she had to wait to call. I requested house keeping to clean up they never showed up. I notified the next person the next morning with still no resolution or cleaning. I called customer service after the second day when another guest was granted access to my room bc they gave them the wrong key. They assured me the GM would be contacting me within 48 hours. This did not occur either.

  The staff were very warm and welcoming but the property is pretty run down (front and back doors didn't operate properly, threadbare chairs in dining area, moldy baseboard, tv not connected, window blinds not functional, no toilet paper holder, etc.)

  stayed at this motel a few times over the last year and every single time they have no soap in the room and the body wash is filled with lotion, have even went to the front desk to get soap and the one they give me was lotion in a hand soap bottle. And the worse part is she said im sorry your not the first person that's told us this. They are also the only ihg that uses a sharpie to put dates on the bottles. I finally said the heck with it I'll use shampoo as body wash (im bald btw) so never use shampoo and it was 90% water. This is probably the worse ihg I've ever stayed at and way over priced at best should be half the price.

  After staying at your hotel I see why you have all the negative reviews and I will add to that as well. My experience started great as I was put on the first floor , Got to my room and it was unlocked and open which seemed kinda of sketchy. Was unable to turn on the tv and then with help from the front desk employee i could turn the tv on but no volume control or ability to turn off without unplugging the power cord. The toilet bowl had not been cleaned. What a pleasant surprise this morning in the shower when there was no shampoo or body wash then got out of the shower to get hand soap to shower with and was empty as well. I have stayed thousands of nights at over 300 different IHG properties and you are in the top 5 of the worst ones. I will not be staying at your hotel again. Not sure how management and ownership sleep at night operating a hotel like that trying to save a few pennies.
