  I got to Abilene about mid May and this was my first hotel booking in the area. I'm a traveling mechanic for work and I'm not afraid of getting dirty but that doesn't mean I want to live and sleep in dirt, so I only managed a week or two during my first attempt. Left the first time because the water pressure was that of a light drizzle not fit to even shower, plus the half falling apart room. I've stayed in 5 more hotels in the area and here in late July, I decided to give them another shot coming from the same property owner Big County nearby- really just wanted an actual kitchen again. I booked for over 20 days totalling more than four thousand dollars in hope that it would help get me and my little family into the best room possible. Took forever to check in because they could not understand my pre-approved company card on file. Gave my personal card for 'damages' to just get in the room, and still could not understand the company card. I had to call and play phone tag with a huge travel agency for them to have someone break it down for them. Again, already stayed here, same payment and booking. Have been in the hotel next door with the same owner for almost a month, again, same booking. I have been living in hotels exclusively for a year and a half now with this exact same booking company and payment (SAP Concur) and this is the very first ones out of maybe 50 hotels to have staff not capable of understanding or listening to common sense and only able to say "Company Policy...". IVE ALREADY STAYED HERE. I even told them they could go ahead and charge the full amount 4k plus right now, and they said they don't have to do that because they can see the card is good and on hold in the system.... So WHAT ARE WE DOING THIS FOR??? Anyway after an hour of phone tag, they were all sorted out. Went to the room. Big nasty hole in the wall next to the AC until my one year old son goes right to and sticks his hand in. Nope. Bags back to the car and gave em the keys to the room. Booked at the hotel right next to them. Booked 5 mins before checking in, got in immediately to a better and cheaper room. And they still charged for a night anyway 🤣 Worst hotel here, don't waste your time.

  If I could give this place a negative review I would. Dead cockroaches in the tub rusted out bathroom tub faucet fixtures door handles I felt like this place was abandoned just open one day for people to stay in. Turn filthy has a whole new meaning to me now.

  Complete disgusting and run down. Rooms are bug infested and dirty to a point of finding the previous guests luggage tags on the floors. Was moved into two rooms due to no working tv, ac and toilets that wont stop running. Hotel has been removed by my company as a possible stay EVER again.!

  Annie the manager has the worst customer service. Rooms are not clean and need a lot of maintenance. Housekeeping doesn't even vacuum the rooms. DONT STAY HERE!

  The switch me from a suite to a handicap accessible room without telling me ...I traveled with my family for work and had to find another place ...place was not like the pictures it wasnt clean...IHG should drop this location..But the front desk girl was nice
