    We travel frequently and stay in hotels most of the year, and this has honestly been one of the worst extended stay experiences we’ve had. The issues started immediately. Our first room had a TV that didn’t work, so after unpacking we had to pack our family of four and all of our groceries back up and move rooms. Even then, only one of the TVs worked properly. We were repeatedly promised a universal remote within 24–48 hours, but days later we still did not have one. The remote we were given only powers the TV on and off and controls volume. If the TV accidentally changes inputs, someone has to go downstairs to borrow another remote just to get the TV working again. The room itself had multiple maintenance and cleanliness problems. There were roaches, a busted window, peeling leather furniture, and a rusted dishwasher that smelled so bad we refused to even open it and ended up hand washing everything ourselves. We also found someone else’s personal laundry items left in the room upon check-in, which made it obvious the room had not been cleaned properly. The laundry room on property was also out of service, which is a huge inconvenience for long-term guests. On top of that, getting enough towels and washcloths for a family of four became a daily issue. Every request was met with attitude or hostility, and we were told they could only provide a limited number despite knowing how many people were staying in the room. The pool was closed, several amenities advertised were either broken or unavailable, and overall the property felt poorly maintained and badly managed. Eventually, the experience became so frustrating that we packed up our entire family, groceries and all, and moved to another extended stay hotel in the area rather than continue dealing with the constant issues. That alone should say enough. The following day I got our receipt in the app and they charged us a $350 pet fee for our service dog upon check in I made them aware he was a service dog and provided his registration and details of what service he provided . I tried calling the location front desk for 3 days straight and the line was busy I contacted IHG guest services and was supposed to have the manager reach out to me within 24-48 hours it’s been 76 hours now and I still have not been contacted by phone or the email I provided.

    15 Roaches in my room, most of the towels if you hold them up you can see urine stains all in them, the place smells terrible. I was shocked because most candlewood are solid, this one is terrible. Go somewhere else

    arrived at hotel 2:29 pm and the lady at the front desk said if i wanted to check in early (31 minutes) so before 3:00 pm then it’s an extra $50. umm. im already not liking this place. also, every time I tried to call the front desk it gave me a busy signal (please get a number that works) . Also know where it takes anywhere about how much the incidental fee is if you’re like me, I’d like to know these things before I pay for. it’s $50 btw

    There’s mold on the first floor. They’ve had a fan blowing since last night and all it’s doing is blowing mold spores around. It’s on the first floor and it’s bad. I asked the front desk to move me and she wouldn’t. I asked for the manager and she gave me some email address (Idontcareaboutcustomerservice@whocares.com) and she said the manager responds in about 24 to 48 hrs. Aside from that, when I checked in, I checked my bed for bed bugs. I didn’t find bed bugs but I found pubic hairs on the dirty sheets.

    Called to let the front desk know that the toilet did not work. Was told we had to wait till morning. Left at 1035 the next morning and still no assistance. It’s a toilet ITS NOT A ACCESSORY ITS A NECESSITY! Unable to shower due to filth and mold in shower. Unable to sleep well because the large gap in curtains. Kept getting up to pull them shut and didn’t realize during the night that there was an open safety pin. Thank goodness I didn’t grab a hold of it when I was trying to close the curtains. Anyway it was definitely not worth the money they charge!!!
