Our stay was a nightmare 1st room we had the toilet wouldn't flush and wanted to flood the bathroom so we asked for another room and they moved us. Great get into the new room there was hair all over in the bathroom on the floor in the shower and on the sink. It looked filthy. The bed had hairs in the sheets so gross. So I went andgot to clean sheets get back to the room and put over the bed and it was nasty stained with what looked like old brown blood gross. My brother wiped all the tables and counters off they had nasty stuff all over. Whoever is doing the cleaning of the room's are not cleaning them it was totally disgusting we will never stay there again it was late when we got there so didn't move to another hotel. In the elevator my brother found a little black bug crawling on him not sure where he picked it up at. The fitness area does NOT have anything to sanitize the workout equipment with most other places always had something to clean up before and after a workout. I only gave 1 star so I could post it didn't deserve that 1 star. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else and save yourself the nightmare. Also the new room's toilet was so wobbly almost fell off the 1st time sat on it. I did inform the front desk and told her it's a safety hazard for seniors or anyone for that fact. Front desk acted annoyed with us since it was 3 trips to the front desk not even 10 mins there. I did return the nasty sheet and requested another one. Don't use stained stuff you get enough money to have more clean bedding use it and upgrade and throw away the filthy one's nobody wants to sleep on sheets disgusting. Please get better help that does their job. No reason for such nastiness when you pay a lot to sleep at least have it cleaned. Oh almost forgot the trash and a pair of socks very noticeable next to the chair leg. My brother bagged it and left on the table going into the room and did take pics. Gross and Nasty 0 star's. The breakfast was okay. It was also very noisy with other's staying there being loud in the hallway. Terrible experience all around my worst stay ever in a hotel.

I checked into this hotel expecting a place to sleep. Instead, I was apparently booked into an active cockroach timeshare. Within minutes of entering the room, a live cockroach greeted me in the bathroom. Not a dead bug. Not a random insect that wandered in from outside. A healthy, confident, fully-employed cockroach moving around like he was the general manager. The front desk moved me to another room, which initially sounded like the right response. Then I discovered the new room was directly adjoining the original room. So rather than solving the problem, they essentially relocated me from one side of the roach neighborhood to the other. At that point, I wasn't checking for amenities anymore—I was checking baseboards, corners, drains, and wondering how many of the bug's friends were currently drafting a lease agreement. The most concerning part wasn't the cockroach itself. Bugs can occasionally happen anywhere. The concerning part was the feeling that finding one wasn't a surprise to the hotel. Moving a guest to the room next door after a cockroach sighting doesn't exactly scream "isolated incident." I spent the rest of the stay wondering whether the walls were connected by drywall or a roach superhighway. The staff was polite, but politeness doesn't make a room feel clean. If your first interaction with a property involves pest control concerns and your solution is moving ten feet away from the original problem, something is seriously wrong. I've stayed in roadside motels, budget hotels, and aging properties all over the country and somehow managed to avoid this experience. Unfortunately, this hotel set a new standard—and not in a good way. The cockroach was the first guest I met, and honestly, he seemed the most comfortable resident in the building.

If I could give the front desk lady 0 stars I would. Let's start this review off with what my husband told me he said he wanted to front desk. He asked for a double bed with a fold out couch bed. They lady sold him the last $350 room they had for the night keep that in mind 😉 it's just a double bed with a chair in it no couch at all. I walked up to the front desk and asked what's going on she said oh he must have thought I was talking about the king size room with the fold out couch. I was like well can we get that one instead. She replied oh that one is sold out. would she say she had a king size bed with a fold-out couch available instead of saying the double bed with the chair if the king size bed and the photo couch was sold out already so she lied about it and made it about my husband being wrong then she won't even refund the money for us to go to another place so now my kids are sleeping on the floor and on the bed together piled up in a room instead of having a comfortable stay for $350 the hallway is disgusting and hot the bedrooms are not the cleanest it's ghetto area for the pricing of it. She said she was going to bring us covers and blankets and never did we waited about 30 minutes and we ended up having to go get him herself the service here sucks she handed me the manager's card which end up going to the front desk and then when I asked for the manager's number she said that she could do a refund so when my husband went up there the lady told him he couldn't and so now we're stuck with a $350 room that people just can't afford going to throw money away to get another one.
