    Rooms were nice and clean but had a horrible experience at check in. The lady argued with me the whole time until my dad came in. If it wasn’t so close to my parents campground I would have asked for a refund.

    Checked into room 103 and water was running in the tub. Went to turn it off and it could not be turned off or even on for a shower. Told the front desk and lady said they're aware and waiting on a part. So I'm not supposed to shower? The sound also kept us up all last night, even with the door closed. Vending machine also ate money without producing drinks. Breakfast was mediocre at best but ok for a best western.

    Made reservation for room that I can access with daughter in wheelchair. Decided to call hotel directly because even though the website has a LOT of info about accessibility, it didn't say it had an elevator and they do not .So I requested a room on the first floor. Rude person said we can't guarantee you a room on first floor but you have a room. So when I tried to explain that I couldn't use a room unless it's on the first floor, he got ruder and ruder. And this was the second time I called the hotel because on a previous day I called and the lady was rude so I decided to call again hoping for a nicer more understanding person but instead I got someone even ruder. Bottom line: never staying ever at any Best Western and if you have mobility issues you might not want to either, especially at the Best Western Cades Cove in Townsend TN
