  Yesterday, I was there for a trip with my family . I walked into get my room and the service is excellent even though it’s 2am in the morning . Best part is breakfast me and my family enjoyed the hot breakfast service @sandy at breakfast area helped us with everything we need. Kudos to him. Keep it up, must visit place again .

  Although location is optimal, the property is not. The lobby furniture has stains (which should have been a clue), The rooms have a musty smell that indicates moisture and mold. The furniture in the room is also stained. Room cleanliness is an issue, especially the bathroom. A shower was not a consideration, and I felt uncomfortable sleeping under the covers. Charging ports do not work and the staff is unreceptive to comments, suggestions or requests.

  Perfect spot right off the interstate, quiet, room was spacious and comfy 👌, hot water was quick, and nice parking. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area, not huge on breakfast myself but they have awesome breakfast in the morning too 😋, come check this hotel out!

  Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Holiday Inn is usually reliable but this was anything but that. Was put in a room that literally had a whole molded out dresser. After getting a rash and not being able to breathe and finding the mold, we went and requested another room. They put us in the room next door which was a little better but there was no hot water to shower with and the water pressure was barely existent. The pool and hot tub and fitness room are all closed and it seems like have been for over a year based off google. Overall not good and would not stay here again. We would have left it it wasn’t for the fact our room was non refundable and we had been driving for 12 hours already and had another full day of driving the next day.   The pull out sofa has is filthy and has stains. Looks like it might be moldy. Pieces of lobby furniture have stains. The pool and gym are closed for maintenance they should temporarily remove it from the amenities list on website as guests will be disappointed. The hot water is lukewarm at the hottest setting. Internet quality is poor. I had to use my mobile hotspot for a zoom call. My best friend stayed at the quality inn 2minutes down the road. If you are looking for a working pool and a hot tub I suggest staying there instead. Also the Quality Inn hotel seemed to be in better condition in general.
