  We booked the Holiday Inn for Saturday and Sunday night because we were traveling 6 hours for a funeral. The room was very clean as we have come to expect and one of the reasons we choose Holiday Inn on every trip we make. We booked our room for 6 people, 2 adults and four children. We had queen beds and a sofa bed. We noticed when we went into the bathroom that there were only 3 towels but didn't figure it was a big deal, we would just ask for more. Our hand soap at the sink was also empty. We called down to the front desk regarding this and were told we could just come down and get it. When we went to get it, we asked for extra towels. We were told that unfortunately there were none to be had. The front desk attendant said it wasn't because there were towels needing washed but because they literally didn't have enough to wash. Very incompetent on the part of Holiday Inn but not the fault of staff. 6 people needed a shower and had to share towels. The price of the room certainly didn't lead us to believe we would be sharing towels. Later that night, we took the kids swimming in the pool and guess what, no pool towels were available. We had to use one of our 3 bath towels for all of us to share at the pool. Later that night, we noticed there was no bedding for the sofa bed so we went to get that. We were given sheets and a blanket but told no extra pillows would be available. Again, we all had to share. Is there a problem that Holiday Inn doesn't have enough supplies for guests? We booked 2 weeks in advance. There's no excuse.

  was looking for a decent place to stay around midnight during our vacation trip, and this was a great find! I'm thankful for the fast and excellent service. If you're looking for a great place to get a good night's rest, I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was very clean and well organized, the staff was kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

  My only complaint is we asked for fresh towels on our 3rd night and were given foot towels you place in front on the tub. We were told that was all they had at 11pm.

  The rooms looked clean, but as we stayed, we realized there was hairs on the bathroom floor and in the shower, some of the paint on the walls (especially in the bathroom) were discolored, chipped, scratched, etc. A few days into our stay, the cold water stopped working and for almost 24 hours, the water was scorching hot. They switched our room twice and it was the same in both rooms with no refund and no compensation. The staff was cold and quiet, except one lady when we first checked in- she was nice and helpful. The food wasn't great. The coffee was really good- but that's about it. There was no towels in the pool room so we asked for more, and receptionist said she'd bring us some- she did, but they were damp. I've stayed in a couple different locations with Holiday inn, and they've all had similar issues, so I know it's not the specific location; it's every location. I personally wouldn't recommend them, but if you're only staying for a few nights and/or don't want to spend a lot on a room, Holiday inn is a good choice.
