  We called from the highway a few hours before arrival. Tyler was helpful, accommodating and very helpful. It was so nice to talk to a person at the hotel rather than a "reservation center or call center." Awesome experience.

  As if relocating from state to state isn’t stressful enough, I’ve unfortunately found myself having to stay in a hotel until my apartment gets move in ready. I was so lucky to have found this hotel. Its location is great and very very clean! They refresh my room EVERYDAY! The staff… Tyler,Amy, Anu and Carlos all assisted me in a different way and I’m so thankful. I highly recommend to book your stay here!

  Excellent hotel for a Holiday Inn Express. Place is very clean and well maintained. Room was vey nice, beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet while we were there. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Hint: bring your USB charger, as the ones built in the room are worn out. 😉

  My cousin and I selected this hotel due to its proximity to the hospital, as we were visiting from out of state for a family emergency. Upon notifying the staff of our expected late arrival, we were informed that the elevator was out of order and that we would need to ascend the stairs with our heavy luggage. However, due to a handicap issue, this was not feasible, and the staff accommodated us by providing a room. Initially, the room appeared clean and well-maintained, but upon closer inspection, we discovered a dirty tub with hair in the shower. The floor surrounding the toilet was not properly cleaned, and there was an unidentifiable brownish-red substance on the wall. We contacted the front desk and requested a deep cleaning of the bathroom for the following day. The next morning, I spoke with a staff member, shared photographs of the bathroom's condition, and was assured that the issue would be addressed. We were also offered 10,000 points as a gesture of goodwill. Upon returning to the hotel from visiting our loved one at the hospital, the bathroom appeared clean at first glance, but we soon noticed that hair was still present in the shower. We lodged another complaint with the front desk, this time with a female staff member, who assured us that the bathroom would be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Unfortunately, it took three days for the bathroom to be properly cleaned. The subpar cleanliness of the bathroom fell short of Hilton's standards, and we were disappointed with the housekeeping staff's performance. Reviews go back to Jan of this year with cleanliness issues , mold in the bathroom and broken elevator.
