- MGMarisia Gonzales4 days ago1.0Teens were in the lobby with the front desk agent not sure if they were her children or guests none the less they were extremely loud at 11 pm rooms were decent sink was clogged asked for a later check out only an hour (grand was born at 5am made it back at 630am needed sleep) when asked Louann or whatever her name was started with an L cut me off before I could complete my sentence and told me no as if I’m not a paying customer who’s keeping her job in business don’t waste your time or money on this location service is horrible literally bottom of the barrel!

The first was the location, it was about 15 minutes from Smyrna Bowling Alley where we had to go compete in a tournament. The second reason, they have a good breakfast to help start your day. The rooms were quiet and far enough from the interstate that you couldn't hear the noise.

I personally didn't like when the lady checking us in offers to give us a military discount, but still charges us regular price for the night. The regular price $106 on their website and that's what we charged for each night, plus tax. The amenities were excellent for what paid for, but when the customer service lies to me. Thinking that I am not going to notice, that doesn't sit well with me. That's what reviews are for.
