  It was okay no freezer in fridge which is fine however the comforter had a green stain and we found roaches in our room and our beds. We will be checking out in an hour once we woke up with friends we decided to leave.

  Great customer service but I'm pretty sure the walls are made out of paper. The hotel is extremely loud and not super up to date on anything. We actually left after the first night.

  On a 9-day vacation, this was our longest stay of 3 nights. While the rooms I think had been updated recently, it’s apparent where some corners were cut, especially on the not-so comfortable bed and finishes. Now for all of the negative, the price OUTWEIGHS any of it. We stayed for a total of 3 nights for around $155 in the middle of July, which in our travels seemed like a very busy time for Sevierville. The location is great, with the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains and Dollywood being around 15-20 minutes away. If you are willing to sacrifice some “luxuries” or polish you may find elsewhere, it’s a bargain of a hotel.

  Ok so we live motel to motel. My man and I are not nasty people. However we stayed a few nights without issues, the moment we made a week reservation, we get told that housekeeping smelled an awful smell in the room. Whatever they smelled did not come from us because all we had in the room was our meds and pizza from Little Caesars. They cancelled our week reservation and told us they would not rent to us again. But the receptionists are nice people and are easy to get along with.

  Custom service is superb! Raymond is such a kind and helpful person! I was booking a room for my driver and he went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. He's the absolute best employee and a true asset to the company.
