  Reserved online through booking.com because it had 8.4/10. The fridge didn't work in the first room we were presented. Nor the second. Third room had a working fridge, but linens had stains. Actually, each of the rooms that we saw all had stains. Later when it rained, the window leaked. Shower curtain was torn. Floor was warping in front of the tub. Found a hair in the dryer in the bathroom. Found a hair that didn't belong to me in the blanket. Upside is that we didn't find bedbugs. Breakfast was pretty decent. Don't know if we were just unlucky, or if this is just their normal lack of cleaning. You get what you pay for here.

  This hotel was very clean and staff was very nice, the rates were very reasonable.

  On a 9-day vacation, this was our longest stay of 3 nights. While the rooms I think had been updated recently, it’s apparent where some corners were cut, especially on the not-so comfortable bed and finishes. Now for all of the negative, the price OUTWEIGHS any of it. We stayed for a total of 3 nights for around $155 in the middle of July, which in our travels seemed like a very busy time for Sevierville. The location is great, with the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains and Dollywood being around 15-20 minutes away. If you are willing to sacrifice some “luxuries” or polish you may find elsewhere, it’s a bargain of a hotel.
