  This hotel is great! I stay at a lot of Holiday Inn Express Hotels; the rooms and the entire hotel are always clean, and the staff are always delightful; all of this was true for this hotel as well. We rented a double queen with a balcony; the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed a good sleep. Even though we were by the elevators on the fifth floor, it was quiet. The breakfast was great and there were plenty of options including sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, and their delicious cinnamon rolls. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. The outside patio is beautiful, and it’s the perfect place to enjoy breakfast. Again, both areas are very clean! And the staff is warm, friendly, and helpful. GREAT place to stay!! I highly recommend it!

  Hotel is very clean, friendly, beds are very comfortable, and the layout of the room separating the 2 beds with the bathroom is great because the kids can have a little privacy and space. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

  We had a very enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn. The rooms were clean. The pool was open for swimming (for the children LOL) and very inviting in spite of the cold temperatures outside. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food. Everyone working there was very kind and helpful. Also, our room with 2 beds was separated by the walls to the bathroom which offered privacy.

  We were traveling from out of state and actually had reservations at a competing location. When arriving at our original reaervation, the hotel made us swipe our card too many times which locked it due to a fraud alert and then they refused to take cash. Our banks closed on Sunday so we were panicking. So, we called Holiday Inn and they were more than happy to accommodate us. They were wayyyyy cleaner, the customer service was nice, and the view is perfect for sunsets/sunrise. Shoutout to Brandon and the sweet girl (whose name I have to find) for giving great customer service. Very friendly and couldn't recommend enough. We will definitely make this our new stop for all Tennessee travel. Dropping my other membership and signing up with IHG. 👍🏻

  This place is the best in town they are very friendly and helpful with the rooms. Parking is a little small but around back there is like 20 parking spots your not going to beat this place around town. Beautiful view of town sits kinda on a hill. Can walk to get food if you like to just get out and walk off food after you eat. Hands down the best 👌
