  We had an amazing stay at Walden’s Creek Oasis through Cabins USA! The cabin was extremely kid friendly and had so many fun activities for the kids, especially the game room, indoor mini golf, indoor rock wall, and theater room. The theater was perfect for rainy days, and the indoor mini golf kept everyone entertained when the weather wasn’t great. The pool was very clean, and the hot tub was actually hot, which we really appreciated after long days out. Everything was well maintained and made for such a relaxing and fun family trip. A special thank you to Brian for making sure the pool area door alarms were working properly and helping make the stay feel safe for our family that has children. Also, Andrea was incredibly helpful with customer service and made the entire process smooth and easy. Their customer service truly stood out! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Walden’s Creek Oasis to anyone looking for a fun family getaway!

  The cabin was clean and comfortable. Our family of 15 fit very well. With 7 bedrooms and 7 1/2 bathrooms there was room for everyone. Everyone said the beds were comfortable and the air conditioners worked well and kept it nice in there for the May weather. The couches in the living room were reclining and very nice to relax in. We had plenty of towels, washcloths, paper towels and toilet paper. I do wish that they provided more than 2 garbage bags. With 15 people, we had to go buy more after just 1 day. The car racing game that is shown in the pictures as an amenity did not work so the kids were disappointed about that. We were there as an extended family from 2 different states so we were wanting to spend lots of time together, playing board games and cards around the table. The problem with that was that the dining rooms chairs are extremely uncomfortable to sit in beyond a few minutes. All in all though, we had a wonderful time and the cabin was perfect and the location is extremely convenient to everything. We even had Tina from Cabins USA check in with us and make sure we had an enjoyable stay the morning we left.

  This was my second stay in this location, but I rented 2 different cabins than last time. We were pleased with the Happy Shack. We were not with the Cattail Cottage. The comforter was covered in dog hair. When we turned down the sheets the sheets and pillow cases had dog hair on them. We asked for new sheets. Were kind of disappointed that we had to change the nasty bed ourselves. I had no clue that cabin was pet friendly or I would not have rented it. Then there was a half empty water bottle upstairs in the loft. We had pet hair all over our socks if we didn't keep our shoes on. Seemed like the cabin was not very clean at all. Real bummer when you are someone who doesn't like animals. However Tina from Cabins USA reached out to me to get more information about our stay. I told her the above and she immediately put in a work order for that cabin and reached out to the housekeeping supervisor. This should ensure that the next guests will have a great trip. We love using Cabins USA and the free tickets make our experience that much better. Even though we had some issues this last visit, we will continue to book with them.

  Cabin name - Mountain Retreat Upon arrival the outside of the cabin looked run down. Spiderwebs were everywhere, outside light fixtures were crooked and the outside furniture was nasty. I had to clean the spiderwebs and dust from the swing and chairs before we could use them. Once inside I thought, ok looks a little better, wrong!! Dead bugs were on top of the coffee maker. Thank goodness I don’t drink coffee. Saw roach in kitchen sink. Took a shower in the upstairs bathroom. Water would not drain out of the tub. Had over 3 inches of water standing by the time I was done. Thankfully we had a 2nd bathroom. There was some crazy thing on the wall right above the light switch in the bed room that would flash every few seconds and would light up the room. Had to cover that up with something so we could sleep. When you turned on the tv down stairs the volume would default to full blast. Washed one load of dishes in the dishwasher, they came out still dirty. Had to wash by hand. The furniture in this cabin is worn out and not comfortable at all. Was not getting in the hot tub. Water looked nasty. Amazing how they can make something look so good online. Absolutely the worst cabin I have ever rented and will definitely not use Cabins USA again and neither should you!!!

  We just got back from staying at Northern View Lodge in Sevierville, TN, and I truly don’t even know where to begin. From the very start, booking the cabin was so simple and stress-free. Everything was clear, quick, and easy, which made planning the trip feel effortless. I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical at first since it wasn’t one of the main booking sites like Airbnb or Vrbo, but that quickly disappeared. The entire process was smooth, reliable, and honestly better than expected. What really stayed with me is how this place felt like it was meant for us. I had actually prayed for a place that would bring everyone together and check certain boxes and somehow this cabin exceeded every single one. Andrew, who checked in with us during our stay, was amazing. He was so friendly and accommodating, and it meant a lot that he took the time to make sure everything was going well. He is truly a great asset to Cabins USA in every way. It all came together in a way that I truly believe was provided by God Himself! We will definitely be booking with Cabins USA again in the near future and honestly, anytime we’re in an area where Cabins USA has properties, we will choose them over Airbnb or Vrbo without hesitation. A heartfelt thank you to Cabins USA and especially to Andrew for helping make this trip so special. This wasn’t just a vacation, it felt like a true blessing from start to finish and we left with full hearts and unforgettable memories!
