- MSMel Sparks1 day ago4.0Stayed at this IGH because wanted to be out of Knoxville. I made a mistake. Don't except a room on the main level, I did. Lots of travel a noise.

The AC would run for approx 10 min and then shut off. Husband called to ask for another room but was told this happens in a lot of rooms and has been an ongoing issue. Also only 2 out of all the outlets in the room were working. Rooms were musty smelling and humid (due to lack of proper AC). They got very little sleep and were not offered any refund or compensation for these issues.

It’s great for a one night travel stop or several days while you check out the area attractions. It’s family friendly. The breakfast has plenty of choices and it’s an included amenity.
