  Room very clean as you can see with lots of sites to enjoy and walking distance. Staff was very friendly and courteous.

  The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms have a kitchenette. Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively affected by the service. I noticed that my card had been charged twice — once by Booking.com and once directly by the hotel. When I brought this up at reception, the staff were quite unfriendly and not helpful at all. I did not receive any real support or clear explanation from the hotel regarding the issue. I hope that Booking.com will be able to resolve the double charge properly.

  Upon checking in, I found that my room was dirty. The shower was dirty, and the floor was so dirty my shoes were squelching. There was a big black footprint in the floor and mud around the door. Also a strong weed smell. I asked to change rooms and the front desk lady was kind and switched me. This room was better, but the counter was dirty and there were ants in the corner. The noise was the worst part. You could hear every single noise the neighbors made, from coughs to conversation to walking. I had numerous white noise things going and still could hear absolutely everything. The people upstairs were very noisy. The door had a large gap beneath which did not help anything. I had to call back the next day due to some confusion with charges and though the woman at the front desk had been nice before, she was now pretty nasty and informed me she had three different things going on and didn't have time for that. Absolutely not worth it for the price. Only thing it has going for it is the convenient location.

  This was our first time staying here and we will definitely stay here again. The breakfast was really nice, always hot and we enjoyed it. The front desk lady and housekeepers were always polite and professional.
