  We checked in just after 7pm on 7/3/26. The room was great but the woman who checked us in was shockingly rude. We were very courteous with her so I’m not sure if she always has a bad attitude or if she just doesn’t like gay people, but the way she spoke to my partner and I was unacceptable.

  My stay at Sure stay was comfortable and good. I will say if you need a pet friendly room please make sure that when you book that it says it. I called several times to confirm and change dates in my booking and i I asked if it was a pet friendly room and the person at the other side said yes but when I got there the front desk lady said no but Thankfully they didn't give me any trouble about it when I checked in except charge me a pet $fee. The other two issues were small. The door in my room 106 is hard to open the trick is to push down with force holding the tip of the handle to open. The other was the kitchen sink faucet was wobbly and would come out but it worked so I didn't bother the front desk about it. The room looked clean and it was comfortable. I love the shower and that the room had enough space for my stuff. The room had a great stove and a large refrigerator. The lighting and air conditioner were great. The breakfast served at the hotel was good they served scrambled eggs, sausages, waffle 🧇 bagels 🥯, toast muffin, cereal and biscuits and juices. The location was ideal and the environment was quiet and calm even though it was a 4th July weekend. There's also a lot grass space for my dog 🐕 to do his necessities. Also your close to the fire department.

  I've stayed here a few nights and highly recommend this hotel. Front desk (manager) is super friendly and check in is quick. Rooms are clean and well kept. Always a good sign when the linens and towels are actually white. The appliances were modern. I especially like a walk in shower. Breakfast is incredible also......scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffle maker, plenty of juice variety, cereal, bread and bagels. Much better than a continental. Price for price, this is the place to stay on the strip. Is why I'm a diamond rewards member - book through the app if you can

  Ho prenotato un soggiorno di due notti. In realtà si tratta più di un motel che di un hotel. La camera aveva un odore insopportabile e sia il frigorifero sia l’aria condizionata erano estremamente rumorosi. Inoltre, proprio fuori dalla porta della camera 201, erano stati lasciati numerosi sacchi di immondizia. Ho chiesto di cambiare camera, ma la mia richiesta è stata rifiutata. Di conseguenza non siamo riusciti a dormire per tutta la notte. La mattina seguente abbiamo prenotato un altro hotel tramite Booking e siamo andati via. Nonostante avessimo spiegato dettagliatamente la situazione alla reception, ci è stato addebitato anche il costo della seconda notte, che non abbiamo nemmeno usufruito, senza ricevere alcun rimborso. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura. Dopo la mia corretta recensione su altro sito l’hotel mi ha persino risposto che in ragione di quanto scritto da me avrebbe migliorato i propri servizi ma non ha proprio valutato l’idea di rimborsarmi i soldi pur non avendo usufruito del loro servizio. Incredibile!!

  This was a fabulous place to stay! Walking distance to so much, clean, spacious rooms with mini kitchen and fantastic breakfast all for a great price. Close to Dollywood and other things and far less busy area than Gatlinburg. Some random bugs in W bathroom
