  We paid for early check in , but received a phone call stating that if we weren’t there by noon we would have to wait until after 2 when the lady at the office would be back. She then called and said our room keys would be in the mailbox and that she upgraded us . When we arrived our room reeked of cigarette smoke and a musty mold smell. As we looked through the room we found globs of hair wrapped around the cabinet handles , debris in the shower, fingerprints all over the mirrors, stains on the bedding, and thick dust over tables and chairs indicating the lack of cleaning. When we called we were informed the front desk lady would not be back until 3:00 now. We stated we were not staying here , and the rest of our group cancelled their reservation as well. The lady would not refund the rooms , however offered to give us another room which we declined because we not only assume the cleanness is the same throughout but because we waited so long with children that we had to find a new place. When we went back later to return the keys the lady at the desk acted as if she didn’t believe us and didn’t understand why we all cancelled .

  This is not a hotel as advertised . It’s a motel. The beds were comfortable and room was fairly clean . The biggest issue is that there were bugs , not roaches or bed bugs but pill bugs ie rollie pollie bugs . Several large and few small and tiny ones in the bathroom . I let the lady at the front desk know but she did not even apologize, just said okay . We did not eat breakfast there . I would not stay here again .

  My stay at Sure stay was comfortable and good. I will say if you need a pet friendly room please make sure that when you book that it says it. I called several times to confirm and change dates in my booking and i I asked if it was a pet friendly room and the person at the other side said yes but when I got there the front desk lady said no but Thankfully they didn't give me any trouble about it when I checked in except charge me a pet $fee. The other two issues were small. The door in my room 106 is hard to open the trick is to push down with force holding the tip of the handle to open. The other was the kitchen sink faucet was wobbly and would come out but it worked so I didn't bother the front desk about it. The room looked clean and it was comfortable. I love the shower and that the room had enough space for my stuff. The room had a great stove and a large refrigerator. The lighting and air conditioner were great. The breakfast served at the hotel was good they served scrambled eggs, sausages, waffle 🧇 bagels 🥯, toast muffin, cereal and biscuits and juices. The location was ideal and the environment was quiet and calm even though it was a 4th July weekend. There's also a lot grass space for my dog 🐕 to do his necessities. Also your close to the fire department.
