We just spent 2 days at this hotel. Very clean, well kept property. The only reason for 4 stars is I wish there was a covered area away from the door for people to smoke. Im a smoker and having everyone crowded by the side door isn't ideal.

Good:
1, 2 mins away from supercharge, love it !
2, pool , bbq stove , laundry room , perfect !
3, mattresses very comfortable, love it !
Not good:
1, rest room design strange a little bit
2, found some unclean stuff on the room ceiling .
Overall, a good place , highly recommend

It's a nice hotel with lots of potential. The room are decent size and look clean and new. Unfortunately the room was not ready on check in (guest were blamed because they use the 2pm checkout). Staff refused to bring a blanket to the room. The pool is very basic. The beds were only made once for a 5 night stay, I dont know how well it really get cleaned. Breakfast was decent but chaotic. This place feels like they are either understaffed or badly managed.

Most of the workers are kind of rude. Our house keepers never wanted to do a full clean on our room. The one time we weren't here they came in took all our dirty towels and trash. Left only shower towels, no hand towels or kitchen towels.
We stripped our beds before we left so they would know to change the sheets.. they left them on our bed like that didnt even leave new sheets for us to put on the beds. When I went to the front desk to ask about it the lady looked at me like I was stupid and just worte our room number down for housekeeping the next day. I had to ask 3 different times for her to finally get me sheets for our room.
Breakfast wasnt the best and it didnt matter what time you went up it always seems to be out of soemthing.
My kids wanted apple juice but it was "too close to end of Breakfast" so they wouldn't refill it. This was at 9 am so 30 minutes still left for breakfast and the breakfast area was still packed full of people..
If this wasn't a hotel provided by work we would not still be staying here.
Very unhappy about this stay as the concept of a full kitchen for a business stay would be a plus but with service like we have had id stay elsewhere if given a choice. I will say the views from our room balcony and from the breakfast balcony make up for the service we have had so far.

So first off I'm going to write my honest review of our stay 5 days it wasn't really that welcoming And at check-in they told us verbally and written it down that checkout was going to be at 2 PM on our last day we found out 10 minutes before 11 checkout time so we had to get 4 kids in the car all our stuff in the car in 10 minutes it was really ridiculous And we were told no stay overs And we weren't told that there was going to be a meet and greet Monday to Wednesday either There were people smoking everywhere and I told staff about it and they just brushed me off about it and there was one incident where they were smoking weed and the first night we were there the guess that were in the lobby entrance was being so loud Cheering on a Soccer game we couldn't sleep and we went up there to tell them about it and they brushed it off again And beds are really hard Pillows are really soft breakfast was really good but busy With all said I don't think me and my family would be back here
