  This is a great place to stay. Great views from the 6th floor commons area. It had fireplace too. The room was perfect. The kitchen had everything you needed. Loved this place, and highly reccomend it. You want be disappointed.

  What a beautiful hotel, we had a great experience here. The breakfast was sub par but there are other great restaurants nearby that you can go too. Love being back off the main road. And our two bedroom suite was perfect for our family.

  I honestly can’t believe this hotel is new with such poor service. From the very beginning, they gave us the wrong room, which is unacceptable. When we finally got into the correct room, the bathroom was clogged — something that should never happen, especially in a new hotel. On top of that, there was basically no housekeeping service during our stay. For three days, nobody came to clean the room. The only time they showed up was on the last day, and even then, all they did was take out the trash and change the towels. The beds were not made at all. This level of service is extremely disappointing and far below expectations. Definitely not what you expect when staying at a new hotel.

  Our stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. We arrived to find the bathroom had no towels whatsoever. After calling the front desk, we were told they would be sent up but they never arrived. We eventually had to go down and pick them up ourselves, which completely defeats the purpose of “service.” The following day, we specifically called and requested housekeeping for our room. Not only did no one show up, but when we followed up, the staff insisted that we had placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which we absolutely did not. Instead of resolving the issue, the front desk agent who works the morning shift was rude, dismissive, and oddly defensive. She even went so far as to review call logs as if conducting an investigation, rather than simply addressing the problem. At that point, it felt like we were being interrogated instead of helped. To make matters worse, there wasn’t even a spare roll of toilet paper in the room. We only received one after the request, which, again, should never have been necessary if basic housekeeping had been done. Overall, this was one of the worst service experiences we’ve had at a hotel. Basic hospitality standards were completely missing, and the staff’s attitude only made things worse. Would absolutely not recommend.

  Tiffany is the best front desk worker known to man. Woke up with a flat tire and instead of doing the bare minimum, she went above and beyond to help me get an air compressor. She deserves a raise or promotion for the kindness in her heart. Also the maintenance worker who helped me with extension cords and picking up the compressor deserves the same. Besides that the hotel was a great experience and stay. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, which is a lot since I’m traveling for work every week.
