The hotel and customer service have been incredible, we originally made a reservation and our plans changed so we need to book and additional day. We were schedule to arrive late in the afternoon being and 8 hour drive. The staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating.

They called me the day of my reservations, even though I had it booked weeks ahead of time at 10 o’clock in the morning to make sure I was gonna be there and what time I was going to show up I checked in at the time I had gave them 4 o’clock go to my room, a dog barking next to me uncontrollable you could not rest. I called the front desk, they said they’d come up to verify check the room waited 15 minutes, never did show up. I packed my stuff and went back downstairs. He puts me in a lower grade room from a king bed to two queen beds on a different floor. I contacted IHG website. Customer service told them the issue and said the hotel would reach out to me within an hour or 2 . It has been two full days and I have not got nothing from the hotel. I do not appreciated being lied to and this is how they take care of their long-term customers.

We booked online the phone and found out that it was a third party not the hotel front desk. When we arrived there was no room. The gentleman at the desk was so professional and was able to find us a room. The room was super clean and inviting the beds were comfortable and they cleaned and stocked everything we had used. I agree the pay to park at a hotel is something they should do away with. But would stay here again. Also if your looking this hotel up, look it up using AI they will give you the front desk number not a third party.

We are deeply disappointed with our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Pigeon Forge. As Silver Elite members, we reserved a standard room with queen beds but were instead assigned a handicap-accessible room that we did not request. While we initially chose to make the best of the situation, the most significant issue occurred later that evening. After returning from dinner around midnight, we showered and went to bed. Around 1:00 a.m., the air conditioning unit began making an extremely loud banging and rattling noise that repeatedly woke us up. We contacted the front desk, and an employee came to inspect the unit. However, we were informed that there were no available rooms and that the only solution was to turn the air conditioning off completely because the noise would continue if it remained running. This placed our family in an unacceptable situation. We were forced to choose between enduring the constant loud banging throughout the night or sleeping in a warm room without air conditioning. This was especially concerning because both of our children have asthma, and maintaining a comfortable sleeping environment is important for their health and well-being. With no alternative room available and no other solution offered, we spent the night in conditions that were both uncomfortable and concerning for our family. The following morning, I requested to speak with management regarding the situation. Unfortunately, no meaningful resolution was provided. In fact, the individual presented as a manager was later identified as the housekeeping manager rather than the hotel’s general manager. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and to waive our $15 parking fee. While we appreciate those gestures, they were not adequate compensation for being assigned the wrong room type, enduring a significant maintenance issue that disrupted our sleep, and being left without a functioning air conditioning unit for the night. Additionally, we were disappointed by the lack of proactive communication and follow-up regarding the issue. At no point were we contacted after reporting the problem to ensure our concerns had been addressed or to discuss any reasonable accommodation for the inconvenience we experienced. As loyal guests, we expected a higher level of customer service and accountability. We selected this hotel expecting a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially as loyal IHG Silver Elite members. Instead, our first night was marked by inconvenience, discomfort, lack of sleep, and a failure to properly address a serious room issue. We believe this experience fell well below the standards we have come to expect from the Holiday Inn and IHG brands. We are requesting that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate compensation be provided for the significant disruption to our stay. We hope Holiday Inn will take the necessary steps to address this situation, prevent similar occurrences for future guests, and restore our confidence in the brand moving forward.

My family stayed here for vacation, and would not stay again. I booked thru IHG, but was not notified that there was a nightly $15 per vehicle parking charge, as well as $15 per child cost to eat at the breakfast. When you're already paying what feels like premium cost to stay at a hotel (this one was close to double most our other hotel costs for the trip), adding extra for meals and parking stinks. To add to that, I didn't interact much with the hotel staff, but the individuals who I did interact with were not friendly or welcoming. It seemed like their purpose was to keep guests in order more than to welcome us. The woman who checked us in the first evening thanked me for being a rewards member with a robotic tone and without looking at me lol. The woman who maintained the breakfast bar was essentially a breakfast bouncer who did not smile, did not welcome us, but instead immediately made sure we had our breakfast vouchers and paid for the additional meals needed. Still, the hotel itself was clean it felt like a safe location. We all enjoyed having a balcony. My take way was, if you're on a business trip and need someplace clean and quiet to stay, this could be the place. If you're going on family vacation, I'd go elsewhere.
