  Savannah, the operations manager at this particular hotel, went out of her way to please me as a guest. As well as me seeing her handle other people very kindly and really respecting you being there as a customer. They were very helpful in finding places. And also, as a veteran, they appreciated my service to our country.. they offered me as a veteran. a very substantial discount and the breakfast was out of a five star. It was a seven star As you can tell from me, fellow veterans that this is a great place to stay. And they fix anything right away. And great customer service Veterans are especially welcome Joe Johnson, United States army veteran. Come, hang your hat here with pride. As they have an indoor and outdoor pool, all very clean.   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The facility was well-maintained. The personnel, we interface with, Davie and Savannah, were extremely friendly and helpful. The Pool and patio areas were very inviting and pleasant. The room and especially the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, well stocked, and the dining room was kept very clean. I highly recommend this Facility.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get any of their names. The breakfast was great. The hotel was super close to a bus stop. We were able to leave the car at the hotel and avoid traffic and parking fees. Only thing, next time I will bring my own pillow. I will use this hotel again

  The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very clean. Housekeeping saw me as I was about to go in my room and informed me there wasn't a TV remote in there yet and they'd get one. They brought the TV remote less than 5 minutes later. Unfortunately, I had some plans fall through and came home early. However, the staff was gracious enough to get me a refund for the nights I didn't stay. This hotel very obviously values their customers and I would recommend staying here if you're in the area.

  Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Pigeon Forge, TN - A Wonderful Stay ★★★★★ 5 Stars From the moment we arrived on July 10, 2026 through our checkout on July 14th, this Holiday Inn Express & Suites exceeded every expectation! What truly set this stay apart wasn't just the clean rooms or convenient location—it was the genuine warmth and exceptional work ethic of the staff. They rock! Rebecca in food service deserves special recognition. She went far beyond the typical food service role, treating us like family members rather than guests. Her energy, attention to detail, and authentic kindness made each morning feel personal and welcoming. She's clearly someone who takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about making guests' experiences memorable. Elias was equally impressive—a hard worker who demonstrated the same dedication to excellence. The staff here clearly sets a high bar for themselves and each other. I also know there was another worker with Elias, but I didn't catch his name! He was amazing! To be honest, there wasn't one worker at this location that didn't make us feel like honored guest! Thank you for taking such good care of us! It's rare to find service this thoughtful in a chain hotel. The entire team made our four-day stay feel special. If you're planning a trip to Pigeon Forge, I'd absolutely recommend this location. You won't just get a comfortable place to sleep; you'll experience hospitality that feels genuine and heartfelt. We'll definitely be back!
