Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was truly a night-and-day difference from the hotel we originally booked, and from the moment I walked into the lobby, I knew we had made the right decision. I had the pleasure of meeting Dominic and Precious at the front desk, and they were exactly the kind of people every hotel should hope to have representing their locations. They were incredibly friendly, patient, welcoming, and genuinely kind. This was my first trip to Tennessee, and after a rough start at our original hotel, Dominic and Precious gave me my first real experience with that famous Southern hospitality. They immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast every morning was excellent. Everything was well stocked, fresh, and consistently delicious throughout our stay. I was so impressed that I actually started waking up before the rest of my family just so I could go downstairs and enjoy breakfast in peace, and then I’d go back for round two when everyone else woke up lol. The breakfast staff were always friendly, attentive, and clearly took pride in what they were serving to guests each morning. The housekeeping staff were just as impressive. We were traveling as a family with two rooms, and they were incredibly patient and accommodating with our schedules. They never made us feel rushed or inconvenienced. They worked around us each day and still made sure we returned to clean rooms, fresh towels, and neatly made beds. That kind of consistency matters a lot during a week-long stay, and they handled it beautifully. I’ve stayed in more hotels than most people I know, and I can confidently say this was a genuinely great experience from beginning to end. The staff made the difference here. Everyone we encountered seemed to care about the guests and about doing their job well. After arriving in Pigeon Forge with a disappointing hotel experience elsewhere, this Holiday Inn completely turned the trip around for us. Thank you to Dominic, Precious, the breakfast team, housekeeping, and everyone else who helped make our stay such a good one. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Pigeon Forge.

Rachael is ihe best cook I've EVER had the pleasure of meeting in a hotel!!! Elias was especially gracious with my stumbling efforts to speak Portuguese instead of Spanish, and the rest of the staff, even in a hotel, made me feel at home. THANK YOU ALL FOR A WONDERFUL STAY!!!

I cannot say enough good words about the Holiday Inn Express in Pigeon Forge! Due to unforeseen circumstances at our original accommodations to no fault of our own we had to leave at 1:00 AM in the middle of Rod Run 2026 and there was no vacancy anywhere. After contacting 27 other places Holiday Inn Express was able to make accommodations for us even though they were at no vacancy there as well. Every single employee went above and beyond. Dovie and Precious were the first ladies at the front desk that we met and they were so understanding and accommodating. True southern hospitality. The next morning Machella and Savannah checked on us again to make sure all of the accommodations were working for us and we're so reassuring and amazing about the events that happened elsewhere. We got in late the last night we stayed there and Dominic played with the kids and kept them entertained while we were bringing things in from the car and they loved him. The last morning we were there Rebecca checked on us several times making sure the food was up to par and it was. Every employee here is definitely in the right line of service and they all deserve recognition! We just wanted Holiday Inn Express to know that their employees at this location deserve recognition and that they go above and beyond for their guests!

The rooms was amazing and very roomy!! The bed was super comfy. We got to relax on our balcony and watch all the cool cars going by, that was still hanging aroud from the rod run. Other than the long wait for our room to be ready, our stay was very relaxing and we will definitely wil be coming back! Thank you !

The staff was great from check in to check out. All areas of the hotel were immaculate from the lobby to the rooms to the pools and patio. Breakfast was fresh and delicious all 3 mornings of our stay; serving different breakfast meats each day. The highlight of our stay was the care the house keeping team put into our daily refresh. Yes, they stocked new towels, emptied garbage and made the beds, but what set it above any other holiday inn express stay was the special touches. Our daughters had gotten stuffed animals at Dollywood and our housekeeper Fatima lovingly arranged them on one bed and on the other she caringly folded my daughter's favorite fleece blanket and draped it neatly across the foot of the other bed. When we returned from our day around town, the joy on my girls' faces, to see their treasures cared for and on display, warmed this mommas heart.
