  Comfortable & clean room. Great price for the 2 nights we stayed. Breakfast was adequate, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, bagels, toast, fruit, eggs & a breakfast meat. Only one elevator, which was slow at times. Would stay again!

  Its location off of the strip but its very close to all. Definitely need a car im sure you already know. Everyone work are great just wasnt too happy about the room. We had the AC on the whole time but it really did not for the humidity in the room. It was extremely damp, if we were spending more time there then i would have to do something about it. But everything else was great. A young lady was there and she had made a peach water which was amazing. My family loved it. Thank you

  First the parking lot is very difficult, small and extra parking is off property , no coffee pot in room , no cups in room , no ice bucket in room , you have to go back to front desk and ask for one. The coffee machine in lobby is strange to operate and takes forever. When we check out they said they couldn't give us out receipt, saying it's a third party and they could not print it out.

  This was our second time staying at this particular hotel. While the location is good, the service I received at check in was atrocious. My husband and I always book in his IHG account. We made the necessary notes in the reservation that I would be checking in, not my husband. This has never been a problem with IHG before now. But let me back up to “tap the screen with the card you reserved with”. We keep a card on file for our trips. I do not carry this card. Whenever we have booked with IHG before, even just weeks before, we were never asked to tap a card. When I questioned this in a panic the lady asked “do you know any to cancel your reservation?” No, I wanted to verify I was not already charged before using another form of payment. I called my husband for him to check, it had not been charged so I used another card. No problem. Just before she hands me my room key she lets me know that they aren’t supposed to let me check in without written authorization and that they would have to send an email to him so that he could return a signed form giving me permission to check in. Now, we do know the policy is he must verify since he won’t be there. He was still in the phone with me and said “ as a matter of fact, I called today and spoke with a manager to make sure that you would be able to check in.” To which she replied “he didn’t call here!” That was what sent me. I asked for my key cards and walked away. She was belligerent the entire check in and it was late. I needed to get my kids to the room for sleep. We got up to the room only to find our door wide open. The neighbors across the hall said it had been open since they arrived earlier they day. My husband called the front desk at this point and we were told we could have another room “tomorrow”. The month prior we stayed at the IHG convention center and never had a single issue at check in or for the duration of our stay. We won’t be back to this location. It’s not worth saving a few bucks. Oh, and there was an overwhelming smell of something sour for days at the elevator. That was weird too.
