- LLlexi2 days ago1.0We had a room this past weekend that had roaches crawling around the bathroom, and into our food items. we ended up leaving the same night we checked in. and when we attempted to get a refund, they basically told us it couldnt happen. seems like from the reviews theyve had multiple bug problems and it doesn’t ever really get solved.
- DRDiane Rusnak3 days ago4.0Clean rooms and friendly staff, in my opinion bed was a little firm but that's just me. Breakfast was nice. We thought it was quiet with being right on the parkway. And close to everything we wanted to do. Would stay again.

Our only issue was the indoor pool deck we had to cross to the elevator was soaking wet as well as the elevator. The atrium where the indoor pool and hot tub were exceptionally hot and reeked of chlorine. The outdoor pool and hot tub were fabulous. It is not worth paying for a pool view.
