  Room was clean, hotel was clean, AC kept room cool all day, we got the loft room the loft stayed cool with individual AC unit & ceiling fan..Room was spacious and did I say clean 😆 already. Breakfast was spot on with selections and variety I see why pple have said they have the best Breakfast on strip..Will book again when we come back..

  Location is amazing on the parkway, room, hotel very clean. Only complaints is regarding parking and wi-fi connection. Depending on the time you arrived back at the hotel you might have a hard time finding a park or squeezing between other cars just trying to fit into a parking space. Wi-Fi was always touch and go, my phone would go in and out of service at the hotel constantly.

  Location to downtown was 10-15 minutes was great. Room smelled musty/moldy. When we checked in on Sunday June 28,2026 front desk worker, he was SOOOOO friendly and nice, rest of the staff did not have southern hospitality. Pool was awesome.

  Location was good for all the tourists attractions. Lots of food choices close by. Breakfast attendants were on point with keeping food stocked and hot coffee and clean. Room was cute we got the loft with king bed downstairs and bunk beds upstairs, balcony was perfect view of all the near by attractions. Room was very spacious. One of the better Best Westerns we have stayed at. Didn't receive my complimentary water for being an elite Best Western member.

  Where do I begin? It looks good from outside and reviews were good when I booked the hotel months ago. We check in get our room number of 400. Guest service told us to park closer to the back as it is closer to the room and to use our cards to get in through that door; so we did. You drive underneath the hotel which had damage from a vehicle going under that didn’t fit. The door was also damaged as it did not shut and you could just pull it open so a security issue. We come off the elevator and the room is right next to the elevator; when I say right next I mean it is literally right on the elevator. Upon entering our room it looked clean. I always check the beds before putting anything down and upon reviewing - the top bunk bed appeared to not have been changed whatsoever. There was hair/pubes/debris who knows it was not changed. I get bunk beds are hard to change then don’t offer them if they are going to not tend to them as they should. We call down to the front desk where I spoke to a lady and she offered us to switch rooms which was a loft. They didn’t have any rooms with bunks anymore. The only reason we booked this hotel was for the bunk beds as my kids love hotels with bunk beds. How could I tell my kids, no sorry we are having to move? Again, Everything seemed clean but this. So i just asked for new sheets, she also said she would take half off for the night. The room faces the back so no Mountain View’s, you get two lawn chairs which had bird poop down both of them. There is also a light on the balcony that cant be turned on or we could not find. This light was so bright at night as the curtains didn’t block much of it. As my husband was showering and drying off he found more hair in his towels. When checking out I informed the front desk and she said she will see what the manager wants to do. I have not heard anything. A positive is the room had tons of outlets for charging items. We didn’t get to use the pool as we got back to the hotel late and it is on the side of the hotel where it was shaded. I would not choose to stay here again.
