  Such a great place to stay. Breakfast was truly something else. Wonderful stay - and amazing value for money. Clean, inviting and great location. Staff is awesome- thank you to Blaine, Maddie, Trisha, Mona and Nikki for going that extra mile and with smile- we loved our stay and you made us feel so welcome x

  The staff are not very knowlegful in the billing process ,they are nice until there is a problem and they become very passive and developed an attitude and your the problem approach ,I stayed there two nights then 1st night went smooth they charged me a local deposit of $250 the 2nd day I was moved to another room due to a prior reservation by someone else at check in they did not tell me this and were aware I would probably stay a 2nd night I requested a differenr room due to a large number of guest crowding in around the hall and lobby due to an outside issue the girl got offensive they didn't have any I said then can we refund me so I am able to go somewhere else but a room bc suddenly available but they could not for what ever reason switch me to it the system wouldn't let the switch finally I told her that just let it go id stay in the room I had she bc non verbal running to the back on the phone come back up and made me a key but appeared very hostile the staff all had a rude temperament then on they refunded my card the full amount then took 290 of it back then the manager told me she was going to recharge my card for the night bc I did stay and she charged me additionally 124 for the night which I only received $100 of the $250 deposit back so I ask the manager about my deposit she said we give it back last night but they took half of it back so I called my card holder to confirm I was trying to get my finances right so when we discovered the error I went in tried to discuss it with the desk clerk he ran the the back and on the phone so we continued my steps to what I should do with my card holder so I went back in to ask when I could talk to the mgr to explain the situation to have them look into it I was calm and nicer than I norm am but there was 3 of them grinning and being just sarcastic I explained I needed to resituated my luggage and I'd be on my way stressing to them I was trying to get my finances straightened out I walked out set down to gather my papers and the cops show up advising me that I'm being tresspassed and had to leave I explained the missing money and my approach was to figure it out and told the officer I would leave but I would need further access to rectify my billing issue further disposition at this point is to allow the process to see if it auto corrects once the finance is resolved I will be retrieving the police report and including them in the civil conspiracy actions about to be filed in the local area against several businesses which have conspired to treaspass me as a conspiracy and follow due process with proceedings while forcing change of venue for the case as it is heavily social media organized in the local community

  The king suite was spacious and nice. Bedding was clean, the room stayed cool. It was quiet, you couldn’t hear the interstate and I didn’t hear other guest other than when they were in the hallways. The hot tub was phenomenal, the pool was enjoyed by my partner but not quiet warm enough for me. Breakfast was as good as it gets when it comes to free hotel breakfast. However the breakfast attendant didn’t speak a lick of English, I tried to converse with her and she had no idea what I was saying. Recommend if you need something from the breakfast room and you’re not bilingual visit the front desk for assistance.

  10/10 literally perfect on every category. Literally everything was on pointe perfect. The front desk employee was delightful and employed superb communication by making a connection while employing professional skills. The breakfast was cooked perfectly and offered bacon🥓 along with the signature cinnamon rolls that do not disappoint, not to mention endless coffee. The beds were the cleanest I have experienced without any chlorine smell. 101% to the cleaning staff. What was memorable was that there was nothing at all questionable in terms of cleanliness here, so I felt comfortable. They gave me candy and water for being a top tier member while most managers only offer water. I love this Holiday inn because they care about the details which make my stay.😘💯😍🐐

  My wife and I love staying at Holiday Inn & Suites. We prefer them over other chains. However, in order to keep them at a high standard, I believe I must have a "critical eye" when staying there, after all, I do pay their price. (Its not a free stay) Unfortunately, when I pulled the sheets out of the tucked position to go under, I found a long curly single hair. ( not my wife's, she has long straight hair). Suddenly everything felt dirty. It was about 12am and my wife didnt want to go thru the process of calling the front desk and waiting for them to arrive to inspect the room. Regardless, my stay from that point on felt like a 3 🌟 star, not 5. I took a picture of this strand of hair, if Holiday Inn reads this and wants proof, contact me ill send proof and wife's head shot to corroborate.
