  Fantastic First Stay with IHG – Flawless Experience!This was my very first time staying at an IHG property, and I could not be more impressed. From check-in to check-out, everything about our stay was absolutely amazing.The hotel and our guest room were spotlessly clean. We loved the room layout, which was incredibly spacious and featured a very comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. Management clearly pays attention to the details, including the high-quality Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion provided in the bathroom.What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff. The entire property runs smoothly under excellent management. The front desk team was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. A special shoutout to Nicki, whose supervision of the cleaning and service team ensures a truly pleasant and hospitable environment.I highly recommend this location and will definitely look to stay with IHG groups again in the future!

  Clean room and bathroom. Breakfasts were very good, although the same menu every day. Location is just off of I75 so pretty accessible.

  Best Holiday Inn we've stayed at yet!! The hotel was clean, pool and hot tub was fabulous, our room was very nice and the breakfast was wonderful!! The staff is excellent!! Every employee we encountered was kind, friendly, helpful and cheerful!! Mona and Carmen make the best breakfast!!! Most hotel breakfasts are not good but Mona and Carmen seem determined to give guests a really great breakfast. They stayed visible to guests in case you needed for anything. Macy, Nikki, Mona and Carmen thank you for an excellent experience at your hotel!!! We travel for work and stay in alot of hotels so we genuinely appreciate all of your hard work and the kindness you showed to us and the amazing breakfast!!! Seriously I can't say enough about the breakfast lol We will definitely be back!!!

  The hotel is okay but if you're coming here to connect to Netflix or YouTube don't be fooled by the remote.. these services simply do not work at this location..

  My family just spent several nights earlier this week at this hotel due to it's proximity to family, who we were visiting in the Ooltewah area. We had actually stayed here several years ago when my niece worked here and there was a big fireplace in the dining room. We were pleased with the comfortable beds, spacious room and friendly staff. Two employees in particular stand out for going above and beyond to make our stay such a great experience. The first employee is Mona, the breakfast supervisor. She made sure the breakfast was consistantly hot, delicious and well stocked every single morning. The second employee is Nikki, in the housekeeping crew. We had forgotten a small metal hanger in the room when we were packing up. We were in the car, ready to leave when Nikki came straight to our car carrying the hanger. I was blown away that she would know which car to approach, not to mention she put the extra effort into delivering it to us in the parking lot. These two along with the friendly front desk staff are the reason our stay was so enjoyable and relaxing.
