  We highly recommend staying at this hotel. We were stranded due to a car mechanical issue and the owner and employees were very accommodating - very kind, welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. Again, we cannot thank the owner, front desk employees, and their kitchen employee enough for making a bad situation better for us. The hotel itself was wonderful - extremely clean, well-maintained, comfortable beds, and had a great breakfast. THANK YOU!!!

  Check in was a little awkward but the rooms were clean, the staff was great and the location was convenient.

  I am incredibly grateful for Jillann and the exceptional care she provided during my stay. While traveling alone, I experienced an unexpected health emergency and went to the front desk for assistance. Jillann immediately stepped in with compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern. She stayed with me while I called 911, remained by my side as I contacted family members who were hours away, and helped keep me calm during a frightening situation. She even brought me a pillow and offered comfort while we waited for emergency personnel to arrive. What could have been an overwhelmingly isolating experience became much more manageable because of her kindness and willingness to help. Jillann went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, and I will never forget the care she showed me during a vulnerable moment. She is a tremendous asset to your team and a wonderful example of hospitality at its finest. Thank you, Jillann, for your compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Your help made a lasting difference in my life. Thank you.

  I travel alot. 95% of the time I stay at a Marriott or Holiday Inn Express. This stay was HIEx. Great. As usual. I knew when I stopped exactly what I would experience. Great sleep, clean, quiet, friendly and helpful - accommodating. The breakfast only changes with regional tastes but always good. This stay, JILLANN, who served breakfast was terrific, helpful, friendly. I'll be on the road for a month. A new different hotel almost every night. Only when not available will I stay somewhere other than IHG or Marriott. I didn't mention pool and exercise room. Always. For a weary traveler they are the best.
